Impeccable food, service and ambiance. Really a jewel.
I have been to Le Cirque many times but the food, flavors, quality and execution no longer live up to the $700 price tag. Doing away with the a la carte entirely and the departure of the chef last year may be contributing factors. It's still a beautiful restaurant and the staff and service are impeccable.
NEVER in my life have I had such a MARVELOUS time; the food and the staff combination is the best bet you are going to make in Las Vegas . Thank you Tom, Karl, and Evo... we’ll be back!!!
Not sure how they manage to do it every single time, but once again, we were "wowed" by Le Cirque. Incredible service and every morsel left you wondering if it could get any better than this, and then......it would, with each next course. We LOVE this place from start to finish. It is not for the budget conscience, but it's worth every penny!
My wife and I went to Le Cirque Bellagio for diner. The reservation process was easy using OpenTable. The food is excellent and the presentation is sober yet elegant.
In comparison with similar upscale French restaurants, we felt that the high prices were not justified. Prices are 30% more than they should be based solely on food.
While we could have had a good time at the Circque Bellagio, our experience was mostly ruined by the two main servers who were attending for our diner. I am not sure if what we encountered is the french way, but this certainly prevented us from enjoying our food and eachother.
The obnoxious and eccentric sommelier (Frederic) was very loud, boastful and condescending, talking mostly about his personal stories and making unfunny jokes, rather than focusing on the wine experience. His never-ending and extravagant comments throughout the diner were a complete turn-off. Meanwhile our server (Maurice) couldn't answer any of our questions on the food, and instead changed the subject to sarcasm and mocking humor that made us uncomfortable.
The staff servers were however genuine, caring and not over the top (those not speaking with a French accent at the front desk, bringing food to the table, and picking up plates..). We wished they were the main servers!
All in all, this is a very nice place... quite, nicely decorated, with good food. We recommend you make your own research on the food ahead of time, and ask the servers not to be bothered.
Unbelievable service! We felt like we were part of the Cirque family! Outstanding food and wine!
I wish that I would have tried it years ago, because I will go there on every Vegas trip! We did the 10 course tasting menu over a span of 2.5 hours and it was phenomenal. The service was nothing short of spectacular
Food was amazing. Presentation and service was phenomenal. Was very pricey tho. But worth it.
Le Cirque: Consistently Good
The food has always been good, with some exceptions, like the foie gras, which has always been outstanding. The wine list is exceptional, as is the service. The duck and rabbit are likely better choices than the potato crusted sea bass. The latter was a bit of a disappointment for me during the last visit. The creme brulee, however, was superb. We always enjoy the food presentation.
Absolutely amazing! You won’t be sorry
We were a party of 6, visiting 4 highly rated dinner locations our 4 nights we were here in Vegas. Le Cirque was the top of the top.....all 6 of us loved this dinner place! It was a beautiful experience, fabulous service, delicious food and very special enjoyment with our waiters!
They made sure we were helped every step of the way with our food choices. We all thought that was our best night out in Vegas.....fabulous time, great food, very personal service and many many wonderful memories were made that evening. Outstanding experience for all 6 of us! Thank you Le Cirque for the evening we shared with you all!
Outstanding experience. My partner and I enjoyed the pre-theatre menu ($72/pp) with wine paring ($40/pp). I would highly recommend this option as you get a lot of food for your money, considering their other menu options and the Michelin rating. Be sure to adhere to the dress code on the Belliago’s website; most diners were dressed very well with men in jackets. I will most certainly return the next time I am in Las Vegas.
As you might expect you will receive some new and interesting food and flavor combinations; don’t question it, just try it and you will love it. The service is impeccable but not ‘stuffy’, the staff is hilarious. And you get a decent view of the Bellagio water fountain show!
Birthday for my wife was way beyond expectations
