Le Cirque - Bellagio
We were wowed by the service.
Valentines Day celebration. It was a wonderful experience.
Everything was fantastic. We had a great team dinner celebrating our milestone!
Amazing food. Best in Vegas! Still drooling
Great atmosphere, service, and food. I will consider coming back next time
Food was fantastic and the service was great! The wine pairing was really well done.
Best restaurant in Vegas. The food is outstanding and the staff even better.
Truly an other worldly experience. Best service I’ve ever had and an exquisite menu.
Outstanding service ant the food was amazing!
Le Cirque never disappoints! Martin and his team provide superb, friendly service accompanied by simply beautifully presented plates.
Birthday both had Dover sole Fishy
Inventive dishes and cocktails well-prepared and presented, but not every dish was a home run.
Outstanding food, service and ambience. Somewhat expensive but worth it.
Outstanding! Best meal in Las Vegas hands down!!
Excellent: Service, presentation, sea bass, rabbit, lobster risotto. Wine pairings were wonderful!
Grossly Disappointing: Wa-gyu ribeye; paid a $175 up-charge for this and it was nothing special at all. I've had better steaks for $25 than this. Don't waste your money.
Strange: Decor/ambiance. What were they thinking?!
Excellence in the food and service. Great restaurant.
Wine pairing with Degustation menu was AMAZING! Staff was friendly and my friend and I left feeling tres chic!
Starter of lobster, avacado was bland. The foie gras was excellent. Both mains were fine without being memorable (chicken, venison). Service was good but quite intrusive and waiters come across as condicending, the interactions with them felt scripted. All in all, terrible value for money, with much better places to eat in the area.
Exquisite and whimsical French restaurant overlooking the Bellagio fountain show. Several tasting menu options to choose from. My 5 course meal with wine pairing was perfection as was the impeccable service. This is an experience you will not forget. The Foie gras was my favorite course. I look forward to returning.
Everything about Le Cirque exceeded our expectations! In short, Le Cirque is on our list as a “must return”- highly recommended for any occasion.
Service: so fantastic. We really enjoyed our interactions with the host, servers, and sommelier. They kindly wrote down all of the wines we had during the night, brought out the restaurant’s cook book so we could check out some of the recipes of food we loved after the over heard my husband claiming that he had to learn how to cook his dish. The attention to detail was outstanding- they even brought me out a glass of champagne before dessert after I tried my husband’s champagne which did not pair nicely with the steak tartare (but paired fantastically with the crab!). I was blown away that they offered that.
We decided on Prix fixe with wine pairing
Appetizers: Maryland crab with avocado and caviar paired with champagne and steak tartare paired with a dry rose. Delicious and well worth the crab’s upcharge. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and perfectly portioned to leave room for the main dish. At this point, my husband and I would have happily paid the Prix fixe cost for just the appetizers, cocktail, and wine- it was that delicious!
Mains: potato crusted sea bass and jidori chicken. The sea bass is served in a thin potato wrapping- almost looking like a spring wrap. My husband was blown away at how flaky the fish was. His paired wine was the wine used in the reduction sauce and it was perfect. The jidori chicken was cooked perfectly. I was blown away at the heavy captured under the crispy skin- the dish was perfectly moist. It was paired with a Sangiovese blend that opened up very well.
Dessert: grand marnier soufflé and petite boule chocolate. I really enjoyed stealing bites of the soufflé and dipping it in the dark chocolate sauce served with my chocolate ball- I’m a huge fan of chocolate/orange combination. The soufflé was paired with a port and chocolate with a honey sweet ice wine.
The most fantastic dining experience! The food was fantastic and the level of service was brilliant. A must do.
When you go to a place like Le Cirque you expect everything to excellent. It wasn't. The service was slow. They forgot to bring bread. The food was quite good but very pricey. Ambiance was great.
Muy buen ambiente, puedes platicar con tu grupo, mesa pequeña pero muy cómoda, vista muy buena al lago
Staff took excellent care of me and food was fantastic! I had the special truffle menu and the amount of shaved truffle was pleasingly adequate. Really cannot overstate how incredibly kind the staff was, and the food was phenomenal.
Very disappointed in being rushed through dinner. White truffles were old and had hardly any scent (I should have mentioned to server, my bad). Just did not live up to the cost.
Superb food and service. The A5 Wagyu was the best I’ve had in America, and was on par with the finest teppanyaki I’ve tried in Tokyo
Our dinner at Le Cirque was fabulous! We were in Las Vegas for a convention and had just
arrived in town. The restaurant was wonderful and the food is exceptional. The staff was
very accomodating - We will definitely recommend this restaurant. Carl and Jimmy were
so entertaining - ask for them - you'll enjoy their conversation!
Amazing experience at LeCirque last Friday night. We were expecting a wonderful evening, but it surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be back.
Of course the food and the service were amazing!!! But the price paid and the extra charges for certain dishes were ridiculous. Would I recommend it, definitely!!!! Would I do it again, doubt it, cause for the price I can get the same quality for half less at home in Montreal.
All the staff were excellent and the server was particularly attentive and friendly. All the food was outstanding, both in flavours and presentation. Also probably the best baked bread I have ever tasted.
Definitely a gem in Vegas. Would definitely go back.
Keeps getting better and better....and is the best in Vegas....world class restaurant.
My dinner at Le Cirque may be one of the best dinners I have ever had. No complaints with any aspect of the experience. Yes the price tag was high, but a nice dinner anywhere else in Vegas will run you almost as much with only 1/4 of the experience.
Amazing ambiance!! One of the waiters was rude, literally throwing dishes on the table. On the other hand, another waiter was the sweetest guy ever!!
Food was good , but the dessert was so so. We had the soufflé , it was not airy...
Overall, it was a spectacular restaurant
After receiving notice that I had a food allergy they accidentally confused my dessert with my friends and served me a dessert with nuts.
Best meal and most attentive wait staff ever. A very special place.
Fantastic dinner. The ambiance is perfect, the staff is helpful and attentive but not overbearing. Truly a phenomenal experience and the food is spectacular
hi was here the second time but a lot of things have changed no more same quality of food and service disaster.
