Disappointing to have been at Le Cep on its last night...sigh...what a shame that Fort Worth could not help sustain a restaurant with obvious quality, attention to detail, and ambiance. Hopefully we will see Chef Sandra down the road...
Love love love Le Cep
True elegance and beauty. There is nothing like it in the world.
We have heard about the reputation of Le Cep for a while and finally went to experience it and what an experience it was! We went with the 8 course meal and wine pairings to get the full experience. The first course was very good and each course afterwards got better and better. We had the best scallop and duck either of us have ever had. The sorbet and creme brûlée were incredible. Yes it was a pricey meal but it was also the best dining experience my wife and I have ever had.
Excellent (not too big) portions of perfectly crafted courses served by knowledgeable and efficient staff. Wine pairings were terrific.
Thank you for all the amazing evenings. Your food and customer care were above all others in Fort worth. It was always a memorable dinner of the highest quality.
By far one of the best restaurants in DFW. So sad that they are closing.
Amazing dining experience. Tracy will take care of whatever you need. Chef Sandra is a genius.
As first timers, we found Le Cep provided impeccable service and amazing food. As Chicago natives, we would equate LeCep to Charlie Trotters, only the value was substantially higher. The eight course tasting menu combined with the wine were amazing. From course-to-course, almost each plate outdid the previous. The wait staff service was amongst the most attentive we have ever experienced. The scallop on avocado mousse was literally plate licking good. Fortunately, the freshly baked warm bread was suitable for just that purpose. The gazpacho was similarly sopped up. As displaced Chicago foodies, we highly recommend Le Cep and we look forward to our next visit!
We were told by the waiters that Le Cep will close for good on September 7th.
What a shock!!!!!!
