    First time there - Mother’s Day. The service was friendly but very slow and the busier it got, the more we were forgotten. The food was good but the steak and eggs came out cold. You could tell it was made first and sat in the kitchen waiting for the rest of the order. That was disappointing. Our biggest complaint is the noise. The music was so loud! Customers were having to talk extra loud to be heard over the music. Very unpleasant. I wish I could say we would be back, but it was just too expensive to risk being disappointed again.

    Many menu items were not available including: anything fried (the fryer was broken), cucumbers for the cucumber power bowl, peaches for the peach and pecan salad. The service was painfully slow. The food was mediocre at best. The chicken flatbread had very little chicken on it. There were no paper towels in either the men’s or women’s bathrooms. Very poor and disappointing experience.

    I made a reservation for an anniversary at 6:30pm. No exaggeration, we got our food at 8pm. We just asked for our check and for our food to be placed in boxes when it came out. Food was good but no where near worth the prices, but we did get half off for the inconvenience, at least.

    The food was decent, although cold and the service was terrible. Appetizer and main course were brought out at the same time. Had to ask for a dinner plate when a steak was brought out on a cutting board. I wanted to like this place, but apparently there is a reason this restaurant was only 1/4 full during peak dining time. You would be wise to choose another option. I wish we had.

    My spouse and I have come to appreciate Lebistro as a regular dining destination, where the standard of service is consistently high. Regrettably, our latest visit did not align with the commendable experience we've come to expect. Upon our arrival, which was slightly ahead of our scheduled reservation, we were promptly seated. However, we then experienced an uncharacteristic delay of 19 minutes before a server attended to us, an oversight that was further highlighted by the absence of napkins at our table - a basic but essential component of the dining setup. Furthermore, despite our early presence, it was observed with some dismay that subsequent guests, arriving after us, were tended to within 8 minutes of being seated. While the culinary offerings maintained their usual high standards of quality, the service we received on this occasion was markedly below par. This experience has led us to reconsider our loyalty to Lebistro and to contemplate other dining options within the Huntington area. Our hope is that this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it is given, with a view towards fostering improvements that align with the high standards we know Lebistro to be capable of.

    Went for Easter Brunch, staff was overwhelmed and kitchen wasn't prepared. Chicken was burnt and inedible, which was taken off the bill but they never offered anything else for me to eat or offered to make the chicken right. Food was cold. Been here many times to eat for dinner and never had issues. I felt like they just tried to pile in way too many people and wasn't adequately prepared.

While I'm relieved to hear that the chicken was removed from your bill, it's clear that we failed to offer you suitable alternatives or rectify the situation - had I known, I would have talked to you directly as I did with another group who was not pleased with the chicken and waffle dish.     To begin, the bartender paid no attention to my order. He brought one drink incorrectly and had to be reminded about the second. The bartender doubled as our waiter and continued to not pay attention. My porterhouse was overcooked and my complaint was met with, “that’s how we always do it”. Le Bistro advertises as being the best cuisine in the area. If that’s true, I’ll eat in a different area the next time I visit Huntington.
