   Service was excellent and the food is awesome. The host and wait staff are attentive and will take very good care of you! The food is presenation was Instagram ready. The flavors are just right, not overbearing. Come for the service and relaxing atmosphere

   Especially good last night. Probably because we missed coming in. Our server, Jhonatan was sweet, knowledgeable and just the perfect amount of attention. The whole restaurant has a particularly special vibe last night.

   Nice little french themed restaurant in the Knox / Henderson area of Dallas. Good quality cocktails, wine list, appetizers, etc. The service was a bit slow, which could have been attributed to the fact that they were very busy during our reservation (7:45 pm). Overall a nice date spot.

   Chicken Paillard was pretty dry and flavorless; not as much the easy/reliable lunch that it used to be. Other than that, service was fine; ambiance is great.

    Went here for brunch and will not likely return. Had the chicken paillard and the chicken was totally over cooked and dry. Presentation was down right embarrassing—to the point where no one was clearly watching what was coming out of the kitchen. Another in our party returned hers to the kitchen because the Cajun chicken was so spicy it was inedible. I know brunch is busy, but this is not the same Bilboquet I knew once upon a time. Sigh.

    We loved our dinner the other night (as always) at Le Bilboquet. Trey was our server and he was great. Kind, funny, knowledgeable and eager to please. The food was amazing. We got a few different things…beet salad, Bibb salad, Cajun chicken and flilets. It was all delicious. Can’t wait to return.

    Too much salt on chicken, steaks .. live 3 blocks from nyc one and they don’t salt. It was unbelievable.. both times too much salt!!

    The food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the dining experience is excellent. I highly recomend this Le Bilboquet, and Peyton as a gracious and professional waiter.

    AMAZING! Came here once for a baby shower and had to bring my daughter back for her birthday. Lobster pasta was incredible and cajun chicken 10/10. Chicken was incredibly tender. Escargots were a phenomenal recommendation for an app. It was a little noisy this time but a great atmosphere still. Service was great with Jen. Thank you Le bilboquet will be back again!!!

    We had the Valentine's Day dinner and it was wonderful. Great atmosphere but I'm glad we went early. Those tables were stacked so close together that I can't imagine there weren't a few accidents as the evening progressed!

    I got this reservation for my parents (we come often!) to spend their Valentines Day lunch there with you. They LOVED it! Everything was great from the nice staff, the great ambiance all the way to the fantastic food! Thanks for making their Valentine’s Day special.

    Gave service a 4 because of 2 things: hostess tried to seat the two of us -obviously dressed up for a (pre) valentines date - at a 4 person round table. It’s not like we made last minute reservations. Then, got served water and took drink orders quickly but then very long gap in next steps- we had to call the waiter over and he didn’t seem to know that we’d at least be wanting to know any specials etc. BUT… once our orders were taken; the service was a 5. Thank you.
