Ended up being outstanding - great service from Travis and delicious food - branzino (spelled incorrectly on the menu) and 35-day dry aged ribeye (accompanied by brussels sprouts and a bottle of sauvignon blanc).
The problem was the front of the house - the boy with the long blonde hair and pearl necklace - perhaps a reject from Hanson - informed me that there was no indoor seating available. “All reservations have been taken.” After walking outside, and booking a reservation through Open Table and returning, same MMMBop magically found a table.
Get it together - my skin is brown, but my Amex is platinum.
The prawns had so much garlic I wasn't really sure what I was eating. And the gilet mignon was too thin (for a price of 42$ I expected a better piece).
Very average food
The outdoor dining was comfortable and warm. The prices were reasonable for what you got. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
It was ok but they looked understaff and the food was fine.
Great food. Loved the outdoor dining setup. The tables were well spaced and there was good ventilation in the tent. Great night out.

Great food, the server was knowledgeable and friendly.
The outdoor dininig area was very comfortable, especially with the heaters. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The LB potato was amazing and the Dino rib was very tender and juicy. Everyone loved the seared pork belly. Service was well-timed and friendly.

We had filet mignons and got them slightly warm. The order was served in a wrong way. When we realised it we ate half of it and was late to switch. Meat was prepared not in a way was ordered. Disappointingly poor quality and service for such price.
We had a great celebration. Our waiter was friendly and helpful with the menu selections.

Service was good but waiter keep coming back to bug us while we were having our conversation as we were not in any rush to order. He also sited to us closing time and we felt rushed! When we received our main entrees the food was cold! Really disappointing for the price we paid.

nothing special. just a normal steak house. The lobster bisque is pretty good.. other than that.. nothing much..

Came here for our anniversary and valentines day dinner early because we were both going to be busy on the actual day.
Food was okay.I got the cowboy, and some sides nothing special that I cant find in any other steak house. Drinks were okay too nothing special. Service was ok too But I understand the server when seeing a latino table he probably thinks we don’t know how to tip and doesn’t give us much importance. Totally understandable but he shouldn’t judge by looks.
And at the end when we paid cash and saw his tip was pretty decent his tone changed with us but I mean we were done so his friendliness should have been since the beginning.
Don’t think I will be going back tho.

We had a delicious lunch with outstanding service from George. Will definitely be back.
Food was great with one exception! The staff was excellent and address the problem swiftly and effectively therefore I won't drag them under the bus for it. 10/10 will return again

Fantastic food! Best steak I have ever had and I have been to several high end steak restaurants. I can't wait to go back.
Our waiter was amazing! She did her best during these unprecedented times. Food was ok. My husband steak was over done. Our appetizers were the best part. Very delicious bone marrow. The worst part of this outing was the host or hostess. They were rude, and incompetent. Clearly has no customer Service skills at all. We had to wait another 20 min even though we made reservations. No apology or even explanation. Hostess just told us to come back. Didn’t even get off their chairs to welcome us or greet us or thank us for the business. What was the point in that?!? LV steak house is a little more for the money but it def was not worth the trip. Save your money for something else.
We were disappointed to hear the kitchen no longer felt confident cooking wagyu, and instead give customers table-side cookers to cook the premium meat ourselves like Korean BBQ.
It might take some finessing of kitchen staff, but it's my fond hope that LB Steak resumes its rightful place as one of our favorite places to dine.

Good service, apps were great. Just be clear on how you want your steak cooked. We asked for rare and got medium rare.

Steak , ordered Medium, was burnt through and had to be redone. Replacement was mediocre.
Service was great, steak was tiny. Not happy. Much better deal at Flemings.
Final day of outdoor dining pre Covid shut down. LB was not busy at 2 yet our waiter was so inattentive it was amazing. After 30 minutes, my daughter actually had to get up from the table in order to get him to come over and take our order. Two tables who came in after us had their food before our order was ever even taken. Very poor service.
Oysters were tiny and overdressed. Steak was not served hot. Nobody explained that an order of brussel sprouts would feed 4-6 people as a side dish. Lobster bisque was nice but also not served hot. And this place is expensive. I would have been happier at in & out burger. On top of all this I was also charged twice - over $200 for what i ordered which was correct - but an add'l charge of $146 for i don't know what. I've disputed the charge but I feel i shouldn't have to suffer like this for going to a nice restaurant. what a complete flop. i will never return and never refer this place

Food was great. I couldn't get enough of the red wine steak sauce. Would definitely come back and get that. Delicious cocktail as well. Worth the price.

Amazing food & service as always. Our server Korraine was exceptional with her knowledge of wine. Mgr Mark was on hand to make the evening fun as well.

I reserved the table for 2 and I added a note that it's for a birthday celebration. I thought outdoor dining would be just fine just like the outdoor seating on the sidewalk before the pandemic.
However, the host lead us to a whatever rectangle table with five chairs, even the sidewalk seatings were all open. The waiter didn't check with us regarding the birthday celebration, nor checking with us and see if they should turn on the nearby heater.
The food was good, but I felt the services were missing.
Travis, our server, was exceptional. He was attentive, timely, and knowledgeable.

The only reason there were not 5 stars for everything is because of the RIDICULOUS requirements of having to eat outside and having to close by 10 because of city wide mandates. This is not LB Steaks fault but it did take away from the experience. The food and service were EXCELLENT!!
