   Don't make the mistake I made and tell the server your food order right after you've ordered your first drink - the food will come BEFORE your first drink. Take the server by the hand, like a first grader, and order your drinks and courses one by one sequentially because otherwise you will be - like I was - VERY disappointed in the joint. That place is too expensive to make errors like that. Management/supervision is either absent or could not care less. Either way, I still haven't heard back from them even after I emailed the manager Kenny Hamilton directly.

   Great food and lovely staff. We were asked if there was any special occasion and we advised we were there for an anniversary. They treated us amazingly throughout the whole meal.

   Steak are not as they used too. Cuts seem smaller and of lower quality

   I was disappointed at the food quality and the overall experience. The waiter was great but that’s all the good stuff I have to say about this place. The quality was ordinary at best, the menu was lacking…. Excitement and the appetizer seafood tower had no taste with a messy presentation. My advice is to skip this place… there are better places to spend $800 for 6 people.

   It was a delightful evening. The service was excellent, and the food was fabulous. Definitely will come back again and it doesn’t have to be just a special occasion.

   I dine at quite a few steakhouses being a frequent traveler. I'm always looking for a steakhouse that combines quality of the experience and food with the value. Although a solid experience at LB I'm still looking for a Bay Area steakhouse experience to top them all.

   Our food was great however, I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t much of a different selection for Mother’s Day.

   We’ve been going to LB Steak for special occasions over the years. Everything has always been top notched from the food to the service. We celebrated Mother’s Day over the weekend and for the most part, the experience was again great. The only disappointment was the Wagyu burger. The patty was thin and dry. It did not come close to meeting my expectations. I would not order it again.

    I was toggling between 3-4 stars. I decided to give 3 because the food was probably a 4, but the rest of the experience was a 3. The service started very slowly. We were seated around 10:00AM for brunch on Mother’s Day. It wasn’t busy at all, yet it took a good 15 minutes before a waiter came to our table. It was like they weren’t ready to open. After that the service was decent. When we were sat, they gave us lunch/dinner menus and a card with “brunch specials”, which was three items. We asked the waiter if there was a brunch menu and he said, “I don’t know if we’re serving brunch today!” It’s MOTHER’S DAY, and I specifically responded to an add for Mother’s Day brunch. He came back with another slightly longer card that had some additional brunch items, but still very limited. Certianly nothing special for Mother’s Day, which I believe is the busiest brunch day of the year, maybe Easter. Anyway, everyone’s food was good, so that saved it, but I won’t be going back here for brunch again.
