This place is great. Great food and service.
Took my two Aunts here for birthday lunch. My Aunt enjoyed her steak but wanted a plain baked potato with sour cream. Not on the menu and not able to accommodate her request. My husband also had a steak and wanted a plain baked potato as well. My Chicken sandwich was awful. We both ordered a glass of wine and the pour was like something you get at a wine tasting. Expensive, music was way too loud and no one in the dining room.
Filet Mignon was excellent, very tender and side dishes were great. Waiter was very friendly.
Went for Mother's Day brunch, they were out of a lot of items. First they brought us another table's food. Then took it away and swapped out the tater tots and gave it to the correct table after we had already had it in front of us. Talk about gross and dangerous during this pandemic. I feel bad for those people who got used food. Then when our food came my mimosa was warm, they messed up a gin and tonic, and my sisters steak was totally unseasoned. Definitely not worth the $200 price tag for three people. Won't be back.
The food had absolutely no flavor, not even salt or pepper. I asked the hostess if they had a gluten free menu and she talked to me like I was stupid and thought gluten free wasn't a real thing when I have Celiac's. Our server would disappear and we would be stranded waiting 20 min to order drinks, another 20 for food, and then 30 minutes to wait for our check. The servers kept coming over to stare at down my dress. I would never recommend anyone to come here and I don't think I will ever go back.

It was an amazing meal. The service was incredible and food was delicious!
The food was delicious! However, service was terrible or should I say there was no service. We waited close to 20 mins until a staff member would even look at us. Took another 20 mins to get water.
Server was great and very responsive and enjoyable. We wanted to sit in the enclosed area of the patio but receptionist wanted everyone to be together for the ease of the waiters, thus it was a bit cold but we survived.
Ken, our waiter, was outstanding! He went above and beyond! We loved him and the food was outstanding! We had Pork belly and bone marrow appetizers! All of us had Steak! Terrifically cooked and tasted so wonderful! Kudos to LB Steak House!

Hostess made drunk remarks about not being able to find my reservations on April 30th. Entire time after refusing to seat me and my fiancé she was looking at may 8th. There was one table occupied in the whole restaurant at the given time too. Sucks for somewhere we were super excited to try for the service to lack entirely. But really the next time you don’t see someone’s name please double check the day your viewing and when you’re wrong don’t make a joke of “no more drinking on the job.” Came to a professional dinner and it lacked.
A little overpriced. My steak was great, however, I ordered bernaise sauce and it came very lumpy and watery and tasted like straight butter- not how it should be. I sent it back snd they said it would take 45 min to make more.
Wine selection- they were out of several things but they recommended something that turned out to be very good.
Overall it was nice but still overpriced.

Phenomenal atmosphere and out of this world flavor!!
Had reservations, requested to be seated under the tent since we had opted for outdoor seating. We’re told we couldn’t have an available table because it was “reserved”. They did try to find us a more suitable table but it was still an odd experience.
As usual, the staff at LB were the stars. Despite the outdoor dining, the bartender (Paolo) and our server made the dinner a very pleasant and productive experience for myself and my guests. The food was good and wine selections were also good.

Our server Michael was fantastic, and the food was superb. They have a new cocktail list that provided some delicious drinks, as well.
LB steak has great ambiance and service, but the food does not live up to the expectations. The biggest disappointment was the steak which fell flat in flavor and execution. I paid extra for a wagyu cut which tasted like a normal cut. The menu is very hit or miss and not worth the extremely high prices.
Service was exceptional, very attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary and they provided Champaign, making us feel special.
for being a steakhouse the service is not great at all, food quality is very poor. store bought steaks are better. the dry aged steak not worth it at all poor quality. sides were okay. never will go back again. was extremely unhappy with the food.
Overpriced for patio dining and a mediocre cut of steak. Service was good enough considering the patio set in the street but not at all as good as recommended.
Outside dining was set up nicely but if you weren't near the resturant directly, the ambiance was off and you couldnt hear the resturant's music

Amazing time celebrating my husband's birthday at LB Steak! I was the dreaded vegan customer at a steakhouse but our server was so accommodating and asked the chef to make something special for me. Drinks were fabulous and my husband raved about his Rib Eye! Definitely will be back!
Made a reservation for outdoor seating . Host took my group first to indoor seating. Asked for outdoor seating, host responded there isn't any outdoor seating available. Show the host reservation confirmation. Host rolled her eye then took my group to outdoor seating. Ordered 2 filet minor, 3 rib eye. Both filet came out very over cooked (one actually burned outside pretty bad). Server took the meat back and brought new one. Server was really nice and treated my group very well. Would have all 5 star experience if it wasn't for the host and the meat.
Great food, great service. Only downside was the incredibly loud muscle cars that insisted on driving by every 30 seconds. That’s not really their fault though.
Food was exceptional but the service was questionable despite the price. They are in the expensive side in the Santana Row, but I did not mind paying for the high price since the food quality met the standard. However I was very disappointed with the service, especially the greetings where they made us to wonder around outside in the crazy wind, understandable due to Covid, but they could gave us menu to look at. Another factor was the server pretty much “threw” the sauce plate after seeing us without any explanation.
Our main server was above average, friendly and professional. We really liked him and he made us comfortable.
But other waiters and waitress were unprofessional, careless, and rude to an extent. Maybe we were overreacting? But we were the only Asian during that time frame and knowing what has been going on in the U.S in regards to the Asian-Hate, the service delved us to think that way, especially seeing that unprofessional servers having a joyful conversation with White people.
I was disappointed with their food!
