Always a great experience.
Very good food and service
I love Lawry's prime rib and steaks. This is my favorite place to go for a nice dinner I am sure to enjoy. The salad is great and always fresh. The prime rib is so good, juicy, and tender. The ribeye steak is really great. The service is awesome and very good at taking care of their customers. I have been here several times and I have always enjoyed my meal everytime. All around is a great place to eat and you are sure to enjoy. Must try.
We love this place! This is our place to go for great food and service.
Very classic style restaurant. Food more than anticipated.
First time dining experience and the experience was excellent. The service was second to none and the food was incredible. The facilities were striking and had that old school feel. Treat yourself and check this place out. The prime rib and all the sides were truly remarkable.
We were in general pleased. However, we were celebrating our anniversary which they knew about. The last time we ate here we were also celebrating our anniversary and received a complimentary wonderful dessert. This time no comped dessert!
The food was even better than usual and we had an exceptionally nice server. I believe her name was Patricia. Delightful evening.
This dinner was a disappointment on our Las Vegas vacation-the worst meal. I had the trio of lobster tails with salad, vegetables and orzo. The lobster was tasteless & the vegetables were not good. My husband had prime rib which he did not enjoy. It was not crowded on this Wednesday night and yet the service was very slow. When we were finished eating it took forever for somebody to come by and clear the table. It was very unpleasant for the dishes to be left on the table well after we asked for a check. My husband was the one that wanted to come here as he has always enjoyed eating prime rib at Lawry’s. He said he is done with all Lawry’s Restaurants.
First time at Lawry's ! Perfect dinner spot to celebrate a special occasion. Friendly ATTENTIVE SERVICE, delicious food, great over all experience!!
Excellent. Friendly. Perfect in every way.
Always superb. Have been going to Lawrys for 65+years
They said they will give me a little bday cake, but they forgot.... 😂
We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we had just renewed our vows , the service was excellent and attentive and they made us a special anniversary desert . perfect .
I eat here regularly usually for lunch and it has been great. This was a disappointment. My water ran out during the salad course and was never refilled. Cut of meat was good but smaller than past. It was mothers day but I expect more. Very disapppointing.
My husband's very favorite restaurant. It like stepping back in time
Always perfection. Definately worth the price.
Lawry’s in Las Vegas was outstanding from top to bottom. From Food quality, to service, to Valet. Exceptional.
Lawry's has always our families celebration place. We've had birthdays, anniversaries, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner there. This time it was for Mother's Day! The food and ambience was fabulous. The staff was friendly and saw to our every need. To us, there is no place like Lawry's!
Usually it's a terrific experience for my family and I but mothers day was miserable. Service was bad, wifes food was undercooked (she told me later because she's like that) my steak and potatoes cold. Asked for extra croutons not once but 3 times and never got them, asked for extra Yorkshire pudding twice and our waiter eventually had to hunted down and told. The topper is when I made the reservation I specified it was my wifes birthday, and when the waiter was too concerned about our check ($250) and never even offered a cupcake for her I was so disappointed I didn't even bother mentioning it. Very very disappointed. I guess the Lawrys here is used to the out of towners who won't know the difference but I've ate at Lawrys since I was a kid and this one since the day it opened and I've never had such a miserable experience.
We had a lovely Mother’s Day lunch. The only drawback was that our favorite server, Mrs. Pleasant, wasn’t there.
We went to Lawry's for their first ever brunch for Mother's Day and had Prime Rib Eggs Benedict served with their creamed spinach and their spinning salad bowl and man oh man it was good! And reasonably priced as well. The service in Lawry's is fairly slow but really good...the waiters are there when they are needed. And I love the ambiance...it's old fashioned and so am I.
I have dined at Lawry’s many times and each time the experience has been extremely enjoyable. Best prime rib anywhere. Wife and I plan other visits in the near future.
Glad to visit when in Vegas
This is my favorite place for prime rib. I will definitely come back again
Great food and exceptional service!! Our waitress Ashley was a sweetheart, explained everything to us in detail as this was the first time at Lowry's for any of our group. Our Grand Daughter graduated from UNLV earlier in the day and the dining experience was a perfect end to a equally perfect day!
Mike was great
Great service and excellent food.
As always, Lawry's does not disappoint. I keep telling myself to try something diferent on the menu but when decision time arrives, we always go to the prime rib. Duh. It's excellent. And so are the potatoes, the corn, the spinach, the salad, the sourdough bread, and the attentive service. It's on the pricey side but for those special occasions, it's worth it. It's a "statement" sort of place: We're going to Lawry's! :-)
I always enjoy LAWRY'S. It's my favorite place to eat. To much spice on some items but still delious.
The hostess KAREN is very nice, the waiters, mattress's and chefs know me and ALWAYS make me feel welcome.
Bottomless water... love that... and service was phenomenal. Lawrys was recommended by more people from hawaii states lawry has the best prime rib anywhere
Food and service was excellent.waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Was not my first time but it was my husbands. He thought it was outstanding. He really was impressed with the carver. And found the whole evening very enjoyable and relaxing. I loved it because they do not rush you through your meal. Would recommend it to anyone who would like a date nite with their spouse.
An absolutely great experience. The waiter was one of best I have ever experienced. The food and method of presentation is a great through back to service from years ago. My wife was really impressed by traditional dress of wait staff, again a long ago tradition that needs to be kept. Food was as good as it gets. (Only one quibble, the Brandy/Pepper sauce was savory and not a touch sweet as I am accustomed to?). Overall a wonderful experience.
I have been a customer for over 40 years and the service and quality of food has plummeted to the point of I will not return and tell my friends as well I used to admire how operationally excellent Lawry’s was never miss a beat strict focus on detail. Those days are gone
The very best prime rib you will ever eat . The spun salad, creamed corn and whipped potatoes are absolutely required. I also love the grilled asparagus. I also always take to go a key lime pie, but that is just my own affection. If you love great service, awesome prime rib, and the trimmings that said deserve, you'll love this place. I go every time I am near enough to attend.
Lawreys is alway great but I was a bit disappointed in the end cut I got. It had so much fat on it that I took it home and gave it to my dogs. Everything else was good, I specifically go to lawreys for the prime rib, it’s the only time I eat it. I was disappointed. The oysters were yummy
The best prime rib in the US. when i find a Lawry's i always go to eat there, it's the best
Great happy hour in the bar with FULL size apps at 1/2 price. Excellent calamari and the amount served was huge compared to other restaurant’s/bar’s happy hour.
Greatly overpriced and steeped in pretentiousness to the extent of comedy. The prime rib meat was good and tender, but the ambiance was fairly ridiculous! My home cooking is far better and much more fun! We were told that our waitress had to be spoken to as "Mrs. ..." She appeared to speak to us as though reading a script and at the next table she used exactly the same insincere verbiage! The salad was sad and her exaggerated flourish with the dressing was laughable.
Sorry - This is 2018 - that's not how the world is today! We made a mistake going there!
