Staff was very attentive and friendly. We were celebrating our anniversary and got there 20 minutes early for our reservation. They took us in right away. Our server, JJ, was phenominal as I am allergic to various foods. All staff wished us a happy anniversary as each attended to us and we were treated to their bundt cake for dessert to help us celebrate. The food was incredible, ambience was quiet and relaxed.

Our family always love lawry's. But this time their services were so bad, the bus girl will not bring us bread until we asked for it, the waitress was the worse we have ever seen!! We ordered the banana fosters for dessert, the deserts were prepared for the table in front of you. It supposed to be eaten right after it was made, because they put ice cream on top of the banana foster. Well even the desserts were put on our table, no spoons were given to us, the poor guy who prepared the desserts even ran to ask the waitress to bring us spoon, when she came to our table, she has one spoon!! We orders 2 banana fosters for 5 people. Then she left to grab more spoons, by the time she was bad, all ice cream has been melt already, the banana foster cost $30 per order, it basically ruined our desserts! Husband’s company had hosted the Christmas party in Lawry’s last year, he said he won’t be back again. We are always a good tipper, this time we only have about 11% tips and he wrote bad services on the receipt.

As we went at an earlier hour for dinner, the room was quiet and our waiter, Antoine, was able to comfortably chat with us. He deftly brought our drinks and started us all with their famous spinning salad. While I’ve been here before and thoroughly enjoyed their prime rib, I wanted to try something different. I ordered their lobster trio with a side of baked potatoes. For lighter appetites, this hit the spot perfectly. Seasoned and prepared well. Together with a creme brûlée for dessert, it was another perfect dinner and evening. By the time we left, the other tables had filled up and the restaurant was in full swing. Looking forward to returning!

The restaurant was nice, the food was good, the only complaint that I have is that the server brought my steak knife 10 min after he brought my plate so my food got a little cold, the service wasn’t bad it just wasn’t great either .

Extraordinary service as one might expect at this restaurant. The ambience was tasteful and rich and quiet. I appreciate a quiet atmosphere at a fine restaurant and this one delivers. The food portions were large and the food was cooked perfectly. I will most definitely return to this establishement.
