Service was awesome, they really do try and take care of you well! The food was good. The shrimp cocktail was done excellent with the shrimp being very plump, the French onion soup was unfortunately abit too much on the salty side, the prime rib had excellent portions, perfect temperature and good tenderness but the flavor was unfortunately a bit lacking compared to the restaurant’s arch rival in SF.

Great prime rib. I like it medium rare and it was perfect. Salad was fresh and chilled on ice, breads and drinks all excellent. Valet parking guy deserved big tip. Waiter was very good. My only complaint is that it’s hard to find your way out to the exit. All the workers throughout the restaurant didn’t say a word and let us wander around lost. Be more helpful.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I will be back every time I come back to this city. The service and food was by far better than any I had here. If you can get Jennifer as a server, she was outstanding.

Lawry’s is a wonderful place to eat for special occasions. We spent Mother’s Day there this year and overall it was pretty good. The food was good as per usual, but they skimped on multiple cuts of prime rib which I was not too happy with. If you have been to Lawry’s before their Lawry's cut is the most popular (10 oz), everyone ordered the Lawry's cut but at least two were almost the thickness of the English cut, definitely not 10 oz. Mind you the English cut is 3 thinly sliced pieces, and only one was received. Definitely disappointed by that especially considering the price and even the price difference between the English and Lawry’s cut. I’m not too sure what happened or why this occurred but I am hoping this is not a regular occurrence. Overall, it’s a good meal that includes a salad and mashed potatoes. As with most steakhouses, everything else is an add on, but the cream corn is absolutely worth it.

Stephanie was an excellent server. The tasty prime rib was sliced to perfection by Arturo. I did not get the busboy’s name, but he was very attentive refilling our glasses, boxing leftovers, and clearing plates. For dessert, we had the keylime pie, creme brulee, and bananas foster. Mattias created the that delicious bananas foster tableside. Definitely want to comeback again!

Lawry’s didn’t disappoint. It offered a very nice Mother’s Day Meal. But the best part was definitely the Dark chocolate cake…. It’s a must dessert.

I flew from Orlando for this as it is the best Prime Rib. Very sad they closed the Chicago location. I hope they evaluate the Orlando or Miami area for growth. Right now Las Vegas is the closest location from Florida or Wisconsin/Illinois.
