Lawry's The Prime Rib - Las Vegas
We serve the finest aged beef available, slowly roasted to perfection and carved table-side from our famous silver carts.
While roasted prime ribs of beef continue to be the centerpiece of our menu since 1938, rib-eye steaks, fresh fish, and lobster, are core offerings. You'll know the moment you arrive nothing like Lawry's The Prime Rib has been seen before in Las Vegas. The restaurant's dramatic Art Deco design, rich woods and vibrant color welcome you into a setting that has an extraordinary feeling of warmth and elegance. Here you'll find award winning food, exceptional service and unmistakable style that has made Lawry's a dining legend. Further information regarding location, dress code and menu pricing is available at LawrysOnline.com or 702-893-2223.
General Manager Ed Lepere, Executive Chef David Simmons, and all the Lawry's co-workers look forward to you dining with us.

Overpriced and under serviced. Inside the restaurant is beautiful, but that's it, the rest is not that great "for the pricing"...way too over priced for what you get
Great food, great traditional Xmas dinner. Service was very good. Disappointed with the conversation type people coming in. Loud, noisy , rude and could care less if we were having a nice time.
My sister and I have dinner at Lawry's every year when we visit Vegas for our annual sisters weekend trip in early December. The food and service is always great, and there are always fantastic carolers going around from table to table taking requests. It is really a great cap to our little escape from home, work, and the kids!
The best prime rib anywhere! A must dining experience when in Vegas! Creamed corn is super yummy, too!
Great food, service and ambiance.
Lawrys always had a good name. When you would go to Lawry’s you would receive a more balanced dinner menu. Something changed and not for the best. It’s all about the almighty dollar$$$80 for a steak and everything is alacart. It never use to be alacart. You would get the salad and potatoes with your choice of meat.
In the middle of the service our waiter forgot about us. I am a VIP of Lawrys. They now lost my service. If you feel you need to change the menu better for the restaurant and not the customer and have it gravitate towards money and only money. Then good luck. But I am sure I am not the only regular customer with these concerns
We made reservations through OpenTable yet we had to wait 15-20 minutes upon arrival; the girls at the welcome desk (there were 3 of them) were not too friendly, warm nor inviting. Instead they chatted and laughed among themselves.
We were seated way in the back corner were there was too much foot traffic and our server was a little snobby too, not as sincere. Sides used to be included with the Prime Rib experience, and now you have to pay for each other than mashed potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. The salad was okay, better than Beverly Hills; lettuce was saturated and didn't seem fresh to start with and the beets were cut up too tiny. We assumed the beef bowl cut was more noticeably larger than the rest or even the Diamond Jim Brady cut, but no; the price was much higher for it and it was the same size as the DJB order. The valet busboys, and meat carvers compensated for the lack of stellar customer service, with their smiles and genuine invitation at the restaurant. Sadly, it was a very busy weekend night with the Rodeo visitors in town, so not sure if anyone else noticed how poor the service was; not even refilling our waters.
Things have definitely changed at least at this location; not sure who trained the hostesses or the servers but clearly none of them placed an impressive value on service; they must not go to fancy restaurants as patrons to see what customer service is about and especially for the price this is worth.
Not sure if we will return, at least not for right now or anytime soon. Sad I may relinquish my VIP rewards because we sure didn't get the VIP treatment!
Always great prime rib and one of few places to still get Yorkshire Pudding with your meal.
It was my husband’s 66th birthday. The server was not friendly. We left with only eating a salad. Three tables came well after us and were served their prime rib before we were. We ended up only eating the salad and asking for our check. I’m glad other people enjoyed their prime rib dinners. It was suppose to be a special occasion, instead it turned out to be the worst birthday ever. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I guess the server only cared about the large parties and not the three of us.
We arrived early and were seated within 5 minutes. Our waiter was knowledgeable courteous and took great care of us. Our food was excellent and the quantities were very plentiful but not so much that you felt wasteful. We will definitely return another day for round two.
A unique and enjoyable dining experience. The presentation and serving of food at the table was special. The prime rib is exceptional.
This was our second time at Lawry's, and I specifically picked this restaurant to dine in for my birthday since I enjoyed it so much the first time. I was greatly disappointed. This time it was basically an average dinner at an exorbitant price. The food was good, but not great. The service was average at best. Our server was inattentive and acted like we were a bother. Our table was by the door to the kitchen even though there were many other tables available, and we all know what that means. I doubt that we will come back on our future visits to Las Vegas.
Our server was excellent!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the food and our experience was far more superior than the five or six other times dining there.
As always Larry’s is very good. We did try to get a drink in the bar before dinner but there was only one bartender and she was serving people food so we did not get our drink. We were sat in a booth in the back room with a huge birthday party group and right next to them and right in front of our table was another large group. It made dinner a little less relaxing. I understand these things happen but when you’re paying those prices for service it was kind of distracted.
Our waitress Sara was a class act took super care of us hats off to Sara. My prime rib was outstanding my wives was on the well done side not as tender as normal we will be back
Always a great meal. Great for special occasions. Great drinks. Comfortable seating and beautiful atmosphere.
We were meeting up with an old friend and her new partner. This restaurant was perfect for this. The wait staff was attentive and respectful. We were able to comfortably have conversation as the ambient noise was minimal. The food was outstanding! We will be back.
Been going there every year on the day after Thanksgiving for the past 4 years. Dining experience was good, it used to be excellent.
Service is as fantastic as the food. Get the prime rib larger cut, its worth it. Atmosphere is very pleasant and upscale. Love the table service, beef is served right at the table as are the rest, unique and what you see is what you get. Very nice. Valet makes parking EZ! What a gem of a restaurant is you havent been there.
Had a large party of 12 for dinner. Few chose to order steak instead of prime rib. Most of the steaks were delivered to the table too cold. Likely as a result of trying to time the meals to arrive together, but would highly recommend some type of warming system to keep all meals warm while waiting to be brought out
As good as Beverly Hills, CA location for a special occasion this is the place
Portion size in the Turkey dinner special was very small. The turkey was very dry and stuffing was not appetizing. I was surprised because Lawry’s is usually much better.
Prime Rib.......Excellent & worth the price.
Turkey.......good & too pricey.
Had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner and was made extra special with great service and
a wonderful, booth.
If you like prime rib that melts in your mouth than Lawry’s is your place. Great service and the table side cart service is wonderful. This restaurant is located a short ways off the LV strip so it’s nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of hotel restaurants located on the strip. Just sit back, relax and have an excellent meal...you can’t go wrong at Lawry’s the Prime Rib in Las Vegas.
great place but getting long in the tooth needs some up dates.....
We love Lawry's! They offered a prime rib and turkey combo as a choice for Thanksgiving...best of both worlds AND deelish!!!! Service, as usual, with a smile. Glad we went to Lawrys! Cannot wait until we go again!
Server was way too busy to care of many tables at the same time.
Obsessed with forcing us to order side menu. Didn’t check at all
after the main dish was served. Didn’t bring us what we ordered extra. Overall I didn’t like the service at all
Good Thanksgiving family dinner
I would recommend this restaurant but would stay away on major holidays. Turkey dinner was terrible but prime rib and sides were outstanding. Service from kitchen was a bit slow but our servers were friendly and attentive.
The only time I would suggest to a friend not to visit Lawry's is on holidays or special days.
Mr. KEVIN MORRIS attended to our needs with an accomodating efficiency and a friendly attitude.
We have been at your La Cienega venue several times but you beat it hands down.
We will be back as soon as my gout alert subsides.
Food and service fantastic as always.
Our server Ms. Leavitt was extremely courteous and efficient
First time there. Our hostess was very familiar with food and wine menu. Food was incredible. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you.
Our respective birthdays!
The menu has changed since the last visit. They have added ala cart items to the menu. They seem rather expensive for those ala cart items. The service was not up to our expectations. For the price for dinner, the service should be outstanding! We had to ask for refills on our water several times instead of the attendants watching what our needs were. They didn't provide a very good presentation of mixing the salad and two of our salads had large chunks of lettuce that should have been cut up or tossed out before serving it.
Went for dinner at opening. Occupied tables were spread out, so the atmosphere was nice and quiet. Server was attentive. Food was excellent.
