About Lawry's The Prime Rib - Las Vegas
Our name is our specialty: roasted prime ribs of beef.
We serve the finest aged beef available, slowly roasted to perfection and carved tableside from our famous silver carts.
While roasted prime ribs of beef continue to be the centerpiece of our menu since 1938, rib-eye steaks, fresh fish, and lobster, are core offerings. The restaurant's dramatic Art Deco design, rich woods and vibrant color welcome you into a setting that has an extraordinary feeling of warmth and elegance. Lawry's The Prime Rib - Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
I love Lawry's and eat at the Beverly Hills and Chicago locations. This is the first time service was bad. Ms. Beatrice forgot to come back several times with items requested. Nice lady, but with the money you spend there, disappointing service. I would like to go back in the next week or two, but worried about the service again.
We arrived on time for our reservations and were seated immediately. Nice quiet atmosphere although the restaurant was relatively crowded. The four of us were easily able to have a nice conversation. We all commented on the acoustics and how nice it was to talk and not shout across the table. As usual, the prime rib was outstanding. Service was exceptional as well.
We had lunch at Lawry's The Prime Rib for my husband 60th birthday. It was very laid back and we were able to enjoy a quiet conversation. Amy was our server and was so sweet and nice. They made us feel so welcomed and even made him a little birthday cake that was so yummy.
My wife and I have eaten at various Lawry's for over 25 years. I have never been disappointed (except for their dropping of the customer dress code). The food is consistently delicious and a terrific value. I make it a point to always spend one evening at Lawry's when we have one in a city we are visiting.
After watching a YouTube video of the table-side prime rib cart I was excited to experience Lawry’s myself. The prime rib (medium rare) was ok, but the mashed potatoes and creamed corn were run of the mill. I did order a separate baked potato and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Overall, for the price I gave Lawry’s 3 stars. I felt like this should have been about half the price and it would have earned an extra star.
This is hands down our most favorite prime rib dinner in Las Vegas. The food and the service is always excellent and worth every penny. My husband and I share the Lawry’s cut prime rib with a few sides and it is a perfect portion for us. Will definitely return here on our next trip (and every trip) to Las Vegas.
I go to Las Vegas once a year and I try to get to Lawry's on each visit. I had dinner there the night of 1/1, and as I told the waiter, my meals for the rest of 2018 will only go downhill from there. It's not only the best prime rib that you could want ... but all the side items ... the spinning salad bowl, yorkshire pudding, etc., are also terrific. Yes, it's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for ... the food, the service, the atmosphere. Simply tremendous. I highly recommend.
I have lived in Las Vegas for 28 years and Lawrys has been there for just as long. This was the first time I've ever been to Lawrys. I expected alot better service. I give them the It was new years eve and may be a little more busy the usual. But it was not a measurablely great experience. In was not impressed. And probably will not go back. Being forced to valet park is not a good costumer service plan.
