Delicious prime rib and great service! Must have the creamed corn.....so so good!
We had so much and the kids enjoyed it. Great food!!!
Comida excelente en un lugar muy tradicional
When ordering the beef, well-done.....not.
The Yorkshire...two were burned on the bottom.
Chocolate cake dessert----yum!
Too expensive for what one got.
Would not come again. Five of us cost nearly $ 500.00. Value not received.
The meal is always excellent. In addition to the food, the service is excellent. This time we had a waiter, Joe. Joe is the best and I always look forward to his wonderful attitude, smiles and great professional service.
Always a great place to meet up with friends & family
Food was great but we were overcharged at the end of dinner. We are still trying to resolve the issue.
New server - we were not offered Yorkshire pudding with our meal.
As always Everything was wonderful. From start to finish the experience was delightful. But would like your recipe for your stupendous meatballs.
Excellent service and food as usual. I’ve been a regular customer for 35 years and visited this restaurant for many of my most important events such as anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, etc...Our experiences were terrific as expected. I always recommend my good experiences at Lawry’s to my friends.
Food was very good.
My wife and I had a great experience. We love Lawry's and have gone there several times for some of our more memorable anniversary's. It's a great place to eat a nice meal.
For a place named after a seasoning salt, I was shocked that everything was actually flavorless. I ordered the lobster tails. I got three unseasoned tails with unseasoned steamed broccolini and a carrot with unseasoned orzo rice on the side for $52. The most bland food I have ever had and the lobster tasted like it had been frozen. I should have guessed from the fact that every other guest there seemed to be over the age of 65. Not to mention me and my date sat there after we were done eating for 25 minutes. They cleared our plates and just let us sit there. I had to call out to our waiter because he kept walking by without acknowledging us. There are so many better restaurants surrounding this place. Don’t bother.
All had a great time and our waitress ISABELLA was a JEWEL .
Isabella took our attached photo - Thank you!
Outstanding at all levels. Very enjoyable dining experience.
Missed not having meatballs and potato chips when we arrived
Its all about the show on wheels, meaning the carts of roast beef simmered to perfection and cut tableside. What a show but they have fun with you. The beef is out of this world and the portions are Flinstone sized. Get the horseradish sauce for sure. We boxed what we couldn't finish and brought it to Tahiti. No joke. Sublime
Food quality gas gone downhill....bot enuff staff..took us at least 5-10mins to ask and get smthg from our waitress
The prime rib was decent, and the discount/upgrade promotion for the month of March was helpful; the only real complaint was the two lobster tails we ordered, both were undersized and overcooked --only slightly larger than a prawn.
The Prime Rib was so fatty that none of us enjoyed it. The salad was delicious, as was the mashed potatoes, cream corn and asparagus. But the main part of the meal was too fatty for the 3 of us to enjoy. The bill was $254.00 including tip for 1 adult and 2 children with 1 martini and waters. Hefty price especially when the food is not that good. The service was excellent!
Top notch in every aspect. The waitress-Ms Graff was great, the food was awesome. An overall pleasant dining experience. It had been almost twenty years since I dined here. Still the same, awesome.
Our dining experience at Lawry's always is wonderful. The food is excellent and the service is superb. WE enjoy dining here whenever we can.
Wonder as always, had prime ribs and the service is great. Very accommodating to my family's needs
Family reunion ❤️
Experience and food was not was we were expecting, we had been planning this date for a couple of months. Our food cooled down too quickly I wasn't able to enjoy my steak because of this, I left more than half of it, i don't know if it was because it was a Saturday night but my table wasn't ready for the reservation time. We arrived with plenty of time to have a table cleared for us. Because this was supposed to be a special occasion I don't think I will be giving it another try. Our waitress was very helpful, she walked us through everything.
We hadn't been to Lawry's in a while and were really looking forward to it, but we couldn't be more disappointed. First of all, making a reservation is pointless. You won't be seated at any time remotely close to your reservation time. This isn't new, but in the past, we've always been really impressed with the food and service and sort of forgot about the horrible start to the evening. This time, not so much. The prime rib was overcooked, potatoes were thin and watery, creamed spinach was over-sugared, and au jus didn't exist at all so Yorkshire pudding was a waste. Prices are higher than ever and this experience is simply not worth it. Go somewhere else.
Excellent food and service by a very happy and professional staff!
Iconic restaurant with amazing food. Terrific service as well. It's pricey, but worth it.
I use to eat at Lawreys years ago. I found this meal not great. Most of the food was taste less with no flavor. If I want a prime rib I will find another steak house. Will never go back. I eat out a lot at top reviewed restaurants. This was extremely disappointing
Service was excellent as usual. Have gone here many times over the past 50 years! The quality of the prime rib was not quite what I have come to expect. Some served bone in and some not for the same cut, also has to send one piece back because it was very tough.
We celebrated 39 years of marriage and thoroughly enjoyed the service, ambiance and food. The attendants for our table were pleasant and provided great service. Then we received a desert with champagne, OMG! What a beautiful surprise ending to our evening. Thank You, The Spearmans
Great food and service. Only major setback was the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes past my reservation time to be seated despite arriving on time.
The cream corn was delicious, as was the sundae. I would recommend the bar get Luxardo cherries instead of maraschino cherries for their manhattans. The service was good. Server was friendly. The salad portion seemed a bit smaller than usual. The Lawry's cut, as usual, was delicious. Lawry's is always consistent and I hope they continue to be so.
The service and food is excellent. Thank you.
Not what it used to be. Lawry's used to be a very special occasion when you would go to get dressed up and enjoy a very nice meal out. Could be a sign of the times, but it has gotten way more casual, prime rib wasn't as good as I remembered, creamed spinach was meh. I think there are other options for outstanding prime rib. I think that I'm done with Lawry's. Sorry. :-(
We did get our favorite server (Feona Dwyer). Which made the evening even better.
Dependable. I've been visiting Lawry's the Prime Rib since 1953 and never had a bad experience. If you like prime rib, this is the place.
Yes, pricey, but for those special occasions, absolutely worth it.
