Awesome experience! Great server and hostess
Food was memorable!
Simply Amazing. The food and service are immeasurable. Mia (I believe was the hostess) was awesome and very attentive.
We have been to Sunday Brunch at LAW Restaurant for Easter before and found the regular Sunday Brunch more of a positive experience. Less hectic and less crowded were probably the main reasons. We have also been to Sunday Brunch in the past and always have a positive experience dining at LAW. Last Father's Day, we had Brunch at Navio at the Ritz Carlton Hotel at Half Moon Bay in California and found the Brunch at LAW in the Four Seasons in Las Colinas comparable and a better value.
Another wonderful evening at LAW Four Seasons! Celebrating an anniversary with all the bells and whistles. "What a Hoot" cocktail was both delicious and fun to look at. The steaks divine and perfectly prepared to order. And, dessert? Well, never skip it here!
My wife and I had dinner at Law at Four Seasons Dallas Saturday night. We had a nice time and the food and service was very good. We knew going in everything was going to be very expensive but the prices and value of their wines by the glass are ridiculous. Not only is every glass of wine and Champagne on their menu over $20.00, the pour is the smallest in my 40+ years of dining experience. I understand a standard pour is supposed to be 6 ounces but when they use huge bubble wine glasses it barely fills the bottom of the glass. I swear my pour had to be 5 ounces or less and it cost $22.00. My wife ordered a glass of Sparkling Rose for $19.00 and they poured it half way. She actually laughed when the waitress put it in front of her and said did you trip and fall on your way to our table? The waitress was very nice and said that is our standard pour. Don't get me wrong, we don't mind paying a premium for a nice glass of wine, but give us a decent pour. I entertain customers at some of the finest restaurants across the country and this was the worst value of them all. If I were you I would save your money and go somewhere else. It is obvious they are penalizing all their other guests because of the elite clientele they attract at the Four Seasons.
Thank you Todd for your feedback, I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the food and service but disappointed to hear about your champagne experience. The champagnes glasses that we utilize have a larger bowl than typical flutes to enhance the aromas of the wine. I will followup with our team to ensure that their pours are proper and I appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention. We never want our guests to feel penalized, and I apologize that this was how you felt after dining with us.
The food and staff were amazing! I highly recommend any of their steaks. The surf and turf was amazing!
LAW is outstanding every way! Some people think of LAW as a steakhouse, but it is so much more. And as a matter of fact, no one had steak on our recent visit - my fifth.
Roast chicken, shrimp and grits and chicken fried quail and waffles were all excellent. Ask for the syrup on the side to keep the quail nice and crispy for every delectable bite! Make sure to try the bacon and sausage sampler and green eggs appetizers -- awesome.
Great cocktails, a nice wine by the glass program (and excellent recommendation from our server Bruce) and deserts. Ajourn to the bar at the other end of the lobby for a cigar and a glass of port.
Service was impeccable -- always attentive and never hovering --Four seasons standard.
It was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated great. Friendly and attentive staff. We were full from our starters and entrees, so we didn’t order dessert. They still brought a coconut raspberry dessert for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was so good, we cleaned the plate. Would definitely recommend.
We LOVE LAW! One of our favorite places to dine out with friends or have a date night. Food is top notch; especially the tomahawk is one of a kind! We don’t know any other place where service is outstanding as it is at LAW: southern hospitality, warm and welcoming, attentively but discrete at the same time.
Ordered a steak rare and it was well done. I received another one and it was medium. For the price it wasn’t worth the money.
Thank you for the feedback from your most recent visit. We strive to exceed expectations and I apologize that we did not meet yours on this occasion. We continuously coach and monitor our team to ensure that our food is prepared to the specifications of our guests and I apologize that this was missed during your experience. Please reach out to me if you are in the area again as I would love to welcome you back and attempt to regain your trust in our restaurant. - Justin, LAW Restaurant Manager
Superb service, food and value.
We went early with friends and 2 young babies. The staff were incredibly child friendly and helped us be able to enjoy a leisurely meal even with 2 under 18mo! Food was excellent.
I love #fourseasons! My family have always been treated incredibly by everyone! No matter where we are SF, Paris now Dallas we are always impressed! Merci beaucoup to all!
Anniversary, everything was from the service to the meal was amazing.
We were seated right away. Service was excellent and so was the food !
Best service and steak in the whole metroplex!
Wonderful dinner. Excellent service.
Their brunch is pretty varied, lots of choices. The food is ok but the service is great. We got a nice quiet table with plenty of space for our baby and stroller. Their brunch is quite pricey for the quality of dishes you get. But it is convenient.
Sunday brunch selections were great, service lacking as we sat for quite some time before anyone served us drinks or acknowledged us. Not usually the service level of a FS, but the brunch choices did.
Very limited options for a buffet brunch. The space accomodating the buffet is small - maybe 12×12 ft, a very tight space. The flow is clunky in part because there are raised food stations in front of the omelet station. One has to reach over the food to provide the chef a plate and for it to be returned. So, people are in essence hovering over prepared food...is that sanitary?
Only 1 carving station, thus 1 warm meat option. Several sushi options and a couple of cold seafood options.
An attached 2nd room and larger room is dedicated to desserts, which provides more options than food.
Our server was fantastic - very personable and great sense of humor.
Needs more seafood and dessert selection I personally did not like what they had to offer
Really good for a resort restaurant. The Dry Aged Ribeye was amazing. And a very nice wine list to accompany the beef.
Fabulous in every way. What a lovely and enjoyable lunch! Flawless. Perfection.
Food was really good and the service was excellent. I've not been to LAW and was very pleased with the updated décor. Very nice. My only criticism is that the menu needs to include a real steak offering. A 6 oz skirt steak is for a ladies' lunch, not for hungry guys.
The dining experience was very good. However, the restaurant staff failed to validate my parking tab so had to pay $15.00 parking after spending all,ost $400 on dinner. Furthermore, the parking machine would not print a receipt and ended up having to go back inside the hotel where nobody know how to rectify this. Things like this should be disclosed to customers up front.
Thank you for dining with us JayK. Our apologies that your parking was not validated upon departure. If you would like to give us a call at 972-717-2420 we would be happy to arrange a re-fund for the parking charge that you had to pay as parking is complimentary while you dine with us. We look forward to you joining us again soon and apologize for the inconvenience the parking tab caused.
We were trying to find a very upscale brunch. Overall it was very good but I was very disappointed with the service. We sat at the table for 10 minutes before anyone came over and offered us water or drinks. Quite often when we would get up to go to the buffet for a second or third time our dirty plates were still at the table when we came back.
We were delighted to have Gerrodo as our server again - he always gets everything right. The SW Seafood Soup was delicious as were the other offerings on the cold and hot bars. The Four Seasons is a top spot for lunch in the DFW area.
Whitney was our server and made sure we were well taken care of. The Roasted Vegetable Soup with Noodles was quite good. The cold bar featured 3 prepared salads in addition to the regular fruit dish and various greens. The hot bar included a wonderful mashed potatoes dish. This buffet is hard to beat in DFW.
Great food, service was slow -especially for a Tuesday night.
Hostess asked if it was a special occasion and I said it was my wife's birthday but the server never recognized that.
This year is the 20th year my family has been coming here as my sister married at the hotel 20 years ago and we’ve been coming back as a tradition. The new layout is good but the foyer between the seating area and buffet is a major bottleneck. The barista station in the waiting area is a nice touch although it’s right in the middle of the bottleneck. Coffee kept us happy while we waited for our table though. Only feedback on the Mother’s Day buffet is some fresh fruit would have been nice. I looked everywhere for it and was told it was on the kid’s buffet. No thank you! Otherwise it was a great Mother’s Day.
The Four Seasons had great food and great environment.
LAW is our go to for special occasions, as well as date nights. As usual the Mother's Day brunch did not disappoint! It was truly an exceptional brunch.
Juan , Whitney & Lucy made sure that we had everything we needed. The Friday Seafood Soup was delicious as usual and the striped bass on the hot bar was very good. LAW knows how to put on a marvelous buffet.
Accommodating attentive without being intrusive great wines by the glass...
The lunch buffet at the Four Seasons is a treat
Friday is Seafood Soup day at the Four Seasons Lunch Buffet - always a treat!
Love this place for lunch. The food is incredible. Service even better. They always have beef or chicken and fish in the buffet...
Best option for Easter brunch - there's something for everyone and it's all delicious!
It was a wonderful experience. From the moment we espies in until
We left. Perfection. Greeted with a mimosa bar. We had a friend come in unexpectedly and they accommodated her with no problem. Next we were seated and had 2 wait staff taking care of us. My husband loved the coffee so much that they even took a photo of it so he could purchase some. Food was delicious especially for a buffet. We will definitely be going back!
Easter brunch was fabulous! I wouldn’t have changed anything about it. It was easy to get around, it was easy to grab a drink, the food was delicious. As we were walking out I was so happy until we dealt with the valet. Had to wait forever for our car and when we asked him if it was on its way, he said you know we’re really busy today you’ll just have to wait. We have 900 people here. Frankly that was more than I needed to know, and there was only two other people standing and waiting- it’s not like all 900 people wanted their car at the same time!? Really ruined my day and unfortunately my opinion of the hotel.
