Amazing food, service!

I love this place, I save it for when I friends or family in town and it is a special occasion. The food is outstanding, space is very inviting and comfortable...a great place for a long leisurely dining experience.

Epic as always

Service was a disaster..tiny table with no place for more than two plates. Server did not bring food in time for all the guests. This is the first time I experienced this here

Very happy to visit again! It’s always been great.

Service was a rocky start but was made up for by our servers commitment to handling my severe allergy and over communicating when necessary. Music was also played through Bluetooth pods of some kind (I assume the WiFi was down) which was totally fine until whoever was streaming the music walked away and the music kept cutting out more often than it played. Despite that it was a great evening and we really enjoyed the food.

Beautiful place. Food is just okay. Our service was also just okay.

We visited Laurel Hardware after my wife and daughter had attended a live show at one of the network studios. We made the reservations at the last minute using OT and were accommodated by the management. The food was excellent, the wine was reasonably priced and the service was better than expected. The ambience was a little less than acceptable since it was so dark in the interior. We were offered outside seating which would have been ideal. However, our daughter did not have a wrap or jacket, so the outside would have been uncomfortably cool for her. Other than having to using our cell phone lites to read the menu and wine list, it was ok. Again, we were offered an alternative, but that did not work for us.

This is a good find and we are glad that Open Table has them in their system.

When I made reservations I requested outside. When I arrived I was told outside was not available and I would have to wait 25 min. I went to look around outside and there were three tables and a table in the bar area. When I told this to the hostess she said oh, yeah we can seat you now outside.

I ordered the Caesar salad and ending up getting very sick that night at home. Maybe because of the romaine recall, who knows. Won't get that again. Server was great!

I had sent a message to have dessert delivered. Never happened. A speaker hummed at us the entire time and our waitress only checked on us twice.

A disappointing experience. I've been to Laurel Hardware many times, this was the worst. It was a Saturday night and extremely busy. We had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes for our table. The table was outside as requested, and the only way to eat here is outside. The noise level inside is absolutely deafening. I would literally never eat inside on a busy night. The food was ok, but the appetizers were best. 2 people in the party ordered the duck fried rice, and both believed it was too salty. Service was very slow and not very attentive. Once we were seated, it took 2 hours from start to end, and that was with no dessert. They didn't even ask if we wanted dessert, they just cleared the plates and gave us a check. Same owner as Ysabel, and I have had horrible service problems there, as well; maybe the restaurants are both understaffed? Anyway, my entire party left unhappy by the end of the experience.
I like this restaurant a lot during the week, but on a busy Saturday, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Make sure you request a table outside. Tables inside are crowded and so noisy you can’t hear.

We recommend LH all the time... the foods awesome and the staff is always great!

Absolutely loved it, amazing food, service and atmosphere

Great spot. Inside was bit dark, but the patio’s ambiance was fantastic. Service was great and super helpful — recommend the Sea Bass.

There’s not much comfortable seating. I only like the garden which wasn’t available. The food was pretty good minus the avocado Citrus Salad. Service was fair

Loved it! But i do think music should play outdoors as well. I heard it inside and wished it was playing for visitors dining outside, even if it’s low.

Delicious food, truly inspired. The spaghetti arrabbiata was exceptional ( seriously... I visit Italy three times a year and eat pasta arrabbiata three times a week — at least) and tonight’s pasta was off the chain. We’ll be back.

The lovely garden out back is one of the nicest places in LA to have dinner. Met a friend in from New York and he was very impressed with the ambience and declared the duck fried rice "the best thing I've ever eaten." (Probably an exaggeration but it is quite good.) Our server asked if we wanted our check before we'd even had a chance to think about dessert, which made us feel like we were supposed to be leaving?, even though half the tables were empty. But we otherwise had a perfectly lovely evening here.

Outstanding service!!! The food was excellent! Daisy was our server and provided solid advice on the menu. The selection was based on her knowledge and asking questions about our taste and desires. Excellent and we look forward to returning!

The bolognese was amazing and so was the lavender margarita. Very cute waitresses too.

Went there on Friday and music was not loud as in “energetic” but so loud that you can’t hear your own words while having dinner. Mentioned it to waitress and manager but made no difference.

They went above and beyond for my sister’s birthday dinner! Thank you for making it special with a hand written card delivered by the manager. It made her day! Can’t wait to come back again for the best food and best ambiance!

This place was absolutely amazing. The food was to die for. If I had to say something is that we got seated a little late.

Very hip... Good food and excellent wine list. Service was slow, however.

The happy hour is great and goes until 7pm, even on Friday’s!

Make sure to sit outside and get the Lavender Margarita and Pork Ribs on the HH menu - absolutely spectacular!
