Awesome as always!! Love the food and drinks! It was busy the night we went so a bit hard to hear.
Probably the best food I've had in years. Will be going back everytime I'm in or around steamboat.
Laundry is one of the if not the best restaurant in Steamboat! Great food, bar, and environment!
It was a wonderful experience from the ambiance, service and plates. Everyone in my party raved about the meals. Laundry is one of my all time faves!
Nice and pleasant - not exceptional.
They were closing early but called to let us know and accommodated us when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and the place is cozy and inviting. We had the Mac and cheese, brussels, beef brisket, and pot de creme, and all were delicious!
Amazing food! Original, tasty dishes and fantastic cocktails too.
It lived up to the hype. A wonderful evening.
I was very impressed with the taste, quality and originality of the food! Absolutely delicious and generous helpings! Our waiter was excellent and the ambiance is fabulous! I highly highly recommend this restaurant. It's definitely a new favorite! I would go very often if I lived in Steamboat!
We have been returning to this restaurant once or twice a week since it opened, whenever we are in Steamboat. Plates are unique delicious and the bartender, Drew, makes fantastic drinks. and the hostesses and wait staff are delightful!
We went to Laundry twice during our stay in Steamboat Springs and it was quite good. The wait staff weren't the friendliest the first time around, but our waiter the second night was very good. It is an interesting concept, but the limitations of the menu showed the second night, as we had already tried what we wanted to and found ourselves re-ordering what we did the previous night. I'd go back, but I feel like this is a hot-spot and a bit uppity. Not for casual dining.
We went here on a tip from our snowmobile guide and he could not have been more on the money, this place is fantastic. Great tapas, amazing chef, craft cocktails were also second to none. Wife & I both loved it, and it will be the first place we eat the next time we are in Steamboat. Highly recommend the pork belly and the smoke cheddar cheese, oh my god!
Great addition to the growing culinary boom in Stramboat. Great service! Cool vibe.
Excellent meal. Great service. Superb drinks.
Unusual menu but great items, great service!
My husband and I were visiting Steamboat from Denver with another couple and we had so much fun tasting all of the wonderful food on the menu and our server was fun and fantastic!
We like to order the small plates and have two or three per person. The ribs are fantastic.
Delicious as always! They are able to accommodate gluten free diners.
The Laundry was surprisingly casual, but I realized it is after all a ski town and it was happy hour. I was the only one wearing a dress shirt in the entire restaurant. We had a high table by the front window and thoroughly enjoyed the boxcar rice, a fiery margarita and a kale salad as well as the avocado tacos. We spent $50 including tip which for a high-end establishment was quite a deal.
Wanted to reserve in bar because it was my birthday. I called and the girl said it couldn’t be reserved and that we would have to show up at 4:30 and we could get it. We showed up at 4:26 when they were open to be told we couldn’t get the table because someone else had it reserved? I was told you couldn’t reserve it. The guy said I should of called him? I didn’t know you had to call a different person to get a different response. He did give us a big table and it worked out, but I was disappointed that I was told something different.
Excellent menu and food. Very creative and delicious use of locally sourced ingredients. Also, they have a very nice wine list. Our waiter hated us for some reason (maybe because we were there early with our kids, who are well behaved foodies as we eat out a lot and travel a lot as a family.) This may be a venue more for adults only??? This was our first visit and given the food and wine, we will definitely give it another go.
Great time at Laundry. Staff was excellent and the food was very good.
Great unusual menu variety. Lots of action, especially during Happy Hour. Fun dinning. Couples, groups and families. We had the large plate Colorado combo of meats. Very good choice. The small plates seem to be the specialties. The more people the more choices. We will be back
Oh, my goodness so good. Service was very good, attentive without being intrusive. The food is creaive and different from the run of the mill. Small plates are so attractive and the size is perfect for sharing. We had the truffle fries, yum. Loved the short rib, and the brussel sprout hash, so good. Lovely cocktails as well. Was our second time there, will be back.
We loved everything about The Laundry. At first we were put off by the fact that we came early for a Happy Hour cocktail, it was not busy so they seated us at our table. When we went to order from the Happy Hour menu we were told there was no HH in the dining room. Made me a bit cranky, but I got over it. You might to rethink that policy.... The food was amazing.
The waiter was meh. The food was uninspired, heavy, and bland. They rely on butter and oil to flavor the food which can be ok in a restaurant but they don't even bother to add the salt and pepper. Over all the waiter was very pretentious, the food was over priced, but the cocktails were good. If you want to spend$26 on a small plate of chicken and a poached egg then this is your spot. I know my review probably sounds like it has to do on value but let me just say it's not. The food is just not very good. Suffice it to say I would not recommend this restaurant.
We had dinner with our adult daughter and her partner. A perfect experience sharing small plates. Everything was delicious.
The Laundry is always a Steamboat favorite for us. The chef is top notch. The pow pow shrimp and the Brussels sprout hash are always the first dishes that come to mind but the short ribs, shishito peppers and the pork cheeks were also phenomenal. It’s a fun way to go if you have adventurous eaters and foodie types. The chicken Mcnuggets crowd are not going to appreciate this restaurant!
Service was great! The waiter had excellent suggestions for both food and cocktails.
Fantastic food and service. Small plates allow you to sample a number of delicious options.
Food and service were top notch. The pork bell and the brisket are to die for
Fantastic food and ambience at Laundry. Menu offerings are creative and the shared plates style makes it a fun dining experience. It’s a treat for sure.
We were on Spring Break with our families, and enjoyed an Adult meal out without the kids. Great choice! Great cocktails, delicious dinner, and fun ambiance. Great choice!
Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. A little pricey for portion sizes.
Restaurant is nice! Enjoyed food. Found it to be loud. Service was good but sometimes server wasn’t around.
There is a reason this place has a 5 star rating. The home style tapas are to die for. Everything is spot on and got to be recognized. The service is impeccable. The 100+ year old building- awesome. The craft drinks- wow!!! Do yourself a favor and try this spot. Get the beets and PowPow shrimp. Let the waiter pick the order of the food. It builds.
We couldn’t have been more surprised and happy. 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠!!!!!
Laundry had fun and tasty small plates to share (or not share), with high quality ingredients. It's "fit for foodies".
Never have been disappointed in our dining experience. It's a must every ski season when we visit Steamboat
All our courses were out standing! The tasos and the cheeses were well described and delicious. We ordered a bottle of wine and found the selection very good. The brisket was a great finish to our meal. Our server, Ted was just the right combination of attentiveness and timing. He gave great advice. Wonderful dining experience.
