Chef/Owner Jeffrey Daigneau “wanted to share his craft with the community he grew up in, treating them to a new level of dining experience – the "Lattitude experience.” He wanted to highlight freshness and the use of local seasonal products create some unique fresh cuisine for guests. The food was delicious and fresh, service was prompt and the Craft beer selection was amazing. What else could you need?

We were in from out of town and decided to try this place. It’s seem to be the highest rated in the area and it lived up to its reputation. Very nice people and excellent food. Especially their specialty, the brussels sprouts! FYI, I am not normally brussels sprouts fan but tried it because they said it was a specialty.
Overall, a very nice place tucked in Springfield.

Went here on a trip with my husband and this place is laid back, and good customer service. It was busy that night so we had to wait a bit longer for our food but my salmon was good just not the sides with it. My husband had the braised short ribs and it was great. The drinks are also very good.

Went on Valentine’s Day evening. Has been great in the past. Atmosphere, drinks, and apps were wonderful. Main courses were horrible. At $26.00 a plate the fried chicken should have been special, but a fast food place would have done better. Over battered with grissle and paired with a slaw that was way too sweet (the waffle was good but overpowered by the rest). I was told the steak was too thick to cook medium well (the waiter was a little arrogant) and when it came back to the table it was not only thin (which made me feel lied to), but not even medium rare. This thing was still mooing. I hope it was just an off night, but when you spend over $150 for a meal you expect everything to be paired well and edible. Will think twice about coming back here for anything but drinks.

It was romantic as well as casual , one area was more talkitive than the other and if there is any problem you can ask to move, to another table if available. The price was good, even though I didn’t not expect it would be so much, which is actually a good thing. I totally recommend this place. Single or dating.

Everything was wonderful the food was perfectly prepared and presentation was lovely. We though it was worth every penny. We also made a reservation for their African menu night and we can’t wait. My only suggestion would be to make the dining room a little less crowded.

Another great meal at Lattitude. We sat at the bar and were waited on immediately by a very pleasant bartender. After drinks, we shared the Burnt Ends Street Taco. What a super dish, loaded with flavor and textures. Bonus was that it was served with fries. For dinner my wife went with the scallops and I had the salmon. Both were amazing! Nice crispy skin on the salmon. For dessert we tried the new Lemon Lava Cake. If you like the Chocolate one, this puts it to shame. Nice creamy texture and full of lemon flavor.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Springfield area. Good food, comfortable atmosphere, friendly service. I will certainly continue to patronize this establishment.

First visit to Lattitude. The brussel sprouts are delicious for sure. Food was very good too. Our server was wonderful. Only complaint is being seated right in the middle of the room at a small table right next to two other tables. Very little privacy. The customers next to us had so much perfume it was hard to enjoy. Not the restaurants fault but if we had a table a little more privacy.

My wife and I got a reservation at Lattitude as part of our 4th anniversary weekend. Our overall experience was wonderful, and we will be going back and recommending it to our friends.

The service was very friendly and attentive, humorous and accommodating. The maitre'd was very good and the wait staff are to be commended. The couple at the table next to us--clearly on a first date--broke a glass in a rather spectacular and widespread fashion, and the wait staff was pleasant, reassuring, and unflappable throughout the restoration of the table and the fetching of new dinners (no one being quite sure where the glass fragments had gone). That couple's dinner experience was rescued by the wait staff's efforts. My wife has a wheat allergy (not a gluten allergy) and our waiter--who was very friendly and funny--worked carefully with us to ensure that her dietary limitations were accommodated.

The food was spectacular. We both had seafood dishes, which were extremely fresh and well handled by the kitchen. The wine list was very good but a bit narrow in its offerings. It had a strong California bias and did not include many international wines beyond some (very nice) French standards. There were no Italian or South American or Australian wines, for instance. This was not really a limitation--we had the Louis Jadot Beaujolais, for instance, which worked very well with our seafood dishes. But the management might want to consider broadening the scope of the offerings. The beer list was very good--though we did not partake--and included some excellent regional offerings.

The physical ambiance of the restaurant was nicely redone--the renovation of an earlier restaurant. The lighting was good, the fireplace kept the ambiance warm, the fixtures and furniture and carpet were all new. A very pleasant setting.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Lattitude, and we'll be back.

Usually Sunday brunch at Lattitude is fantastic... yesterday, it was a disappointing experience except for the service. The cinnamon French toast was bland. The others in my party opted for the salmon over black rice with artichoke. The salmon arrived skin-on, with some type of hard crunchy "frizzle" topping. I noticed that both of them left a large pile of food on their plates.... the skin, the artichokes and the "frizzle". -None of these details were mentioned in the description of the entrée and I'm quite sure that it would have influenced their choice. In fact, they have ordered this dish in the past and it has never arrived like this. Hopefully, it was a one-time occurrence. The food is typically excellent (love the breakfast burrito, poached eggs...) and the coffee is fantastic!

The food is always excellent and service is very good.
At our last visit on New Years Eve, our waitress was very attentive and never appeared to rush even though it was a busy night.

We visited Lattitude for Christmas Eve dinner. We selected drinks that were different but delicious. Our salads were fresh and tasty. My friend had the special which was a rib eye steak with a generous portion of truffle fries; he was very pleased with his choice and loved the fries. I chose the scallops over risotto; both were delicious. We ordered tiramisu for dessert. The portion was huge and scrumptious; we were glad that we shared it. We will definitely return.

What a fabulous find! Can't believe it took me so long to try this gem of a place!! Fantastic food, great atmosphere! I love the bar...in fact, we ended up eating at the bar even though I had reserved a table. Everything was wonderful and my husband and I will definitely be back. The chef is terrific, the bartenders were brilliant! I truly can't say enough good things about Lattitude!

Notified the hostess we were ready to sit but were left at the bar for 25 minutes. Ordered beef tartar that clearly came from the filet chain. Was full of connective tissue and fat. Pork chop was chewy. Brussels sprouts were good as always.

The food was priced mid-range, with no salad given. I had the spicy gumbo and although loaded with meat, it was very bland, without any "spicy" flavoring at all. There was a small lobster tail in it, but it was still in the shell, and very difficult to remove. It was loaded with large shrimp, but I had to remove the tails. I should not have to work so hard to eat Gumbo. I did not taste or see any sausage, as noted on the menu and as stated earlier, very bland. The portion was a nice size bowl. Another member of our group had the Veggie Risotto, added blackened shrimp, and was very pleased with the meal.

We tried two deserts, The Apple Cider Crème Brule, and the Brownie Sundae, both were excellent in taste, good portions (the sundae was large), but the Brule was too cold for my palate. We were seated in the pub area, with a nice pub atmosphere. The seating was comfortable. I would recommend this restaurant, if like me, you have a gift card to use.

Brought my wife for our "date night' and she was very please. The menu and selection is just the right size, not too much and very well balanced. Staff was fantastic and made a special night perfect.

Really exceptional food, although service was somewhat slow. My salmon was perfect though, and someone in our party left an article of clothing at the restaurant and they immediately called us to let us know, which was most appreciated. I’d recommend Lattitude very highly. This would probably be a 5 star review if it had all been a little faster. A nitpick, but carve out some time if you’re planning on eating here.

All good. My only feedback was I’d ordered the seafood gumbo and although I appreciate the presentation of the lobster tails (meat in) I’d not expect the labor lol. I told the server he should just let people know ahead and if you can offer a lazy man version they should lol. It was tasty and I prepped it having taken my time to be sure not to splash anyone or myself. It was a brothy batch. I’m just busting but I was planning on easy dinner when I ordered gumbo is all :). Server was great and we’ll be back as always!

Was visiting my grandma for her birthday and haven’t seen her in years since I live in New York. We ordered the calamari (I prefer mine a little crispier) and each ordered wine, scallops entree, coffee and shared the cannoli cake. The food was perfectly crafted and the service timing was superb. The dining room is cozy but elegant. It was our first time dining at this establishment, but it will not be the last!

The restaurant worked hard to accommodate us when our group of four grew to seven during an especially busy night and that was much appreciated. An appetizer of fried brussels sprouts was crisp, but lacked seasoning. My husband’s seafood gumbo was tasty and loaded with lobster, scallops, and shrimp. My beef tenderloin had to be refired after being served cold, but the second effort was perfectly rare and decadent with bearnaise. The chocolate “bomb” dessert and tiramisu were acceptable albeit pedestrian leaving those that ordered them wishing they’d opted for the amazing-looking banana split that the youngster with us ordered. Service was friendly and attentive.
