Kyle was a great waiter. Always came to the table to check on us on time. Was very friendly and knew the menu when we had a couple questions about it. I give him A 5 out of 5 for service.
server was nice , although brought a meal for a celiac guest with gluten garnish …. had to send back …. thats rare for Latitudes
Lively intimate restaurant, delicious beef tenderloin and tiramisu!
Thee food was very good and the service was as well
waitress was fantastic, food was very good …. on the ball woth knowledge for celiac guest
When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and our reservation was ready for us. We had an excellent server, Ben, who was quite attentive. The food was cooked perfectly and was served in a visually appealing manner. All in all, a great place to dine.
Wonderful anniversary meal served by Raven and special touch of complimentary champagne
Super nice place, the outdoor seating was cute for the nighttime. Has all different types of food, anyone will
I haven't been to Latitudes for a while and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic even in this day of shortage in staff. Food was also fabulous.
The restaurant is located in a somewhat odd semi-industrial area of West Springfield. Good parking is available. Inside the space is nicely designed. Although the day was quite hot, the AC had cooled the internal to a uncomfortable level. Some (female) diners draped napkins over their bare shoulders. The service was excellent and quick. We ordered a variety of small dishes, the quality of which varied widely. The calamari and oysters were quite good but we sent the salad back as some greens were wilted and it was overdressed. We left portions of the other servings uneaten.
We went earlyish on a Saturday night. Parking is easy as it's in a neighborhood and there's on-street parking. I ordered a Sazerac and it was perfect. They were fairly busy at 6:30p. The food was well prepared.
It was my boyfriend’s birthday. You guys put a candle in his desert and a happy birthday candy sign in there. It was priceless. Thank you for that. The food was awesome this was his first time to Lattitudes and he had a great experience.
Our food was OUT of this WORLD delicious & our server was AMAZING! My complements to the chef & the bar tender (I was very impressed with the bartender because I asked for a cucumber jalapeño margarita and he made me one) excellent experience!
Beef tacos arrived cold.
Paella was very salty.
Service was very good.
I have idea if it was just an off night but both the food and service were poor. Its a shame because the choices in this area are limited and this place reads like it should be better.
excellent, one of our favorite restaurants in the area,
We had a nice dinner at Lattitude. We arrived early for our reservation thinking we would have a drink at the bar. The bar was full but we were able to get our table right away. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was very good, especially the calamari appetizer. I would have liked to see a Rose on the wine list, but the only other down side was that it was quite cold. The AC's were on full blast and we could feel them like a constant chilly wind. Bring a long layer and you should be all set to enjoy a nice meal.
Food and service was terrific.
Just wanted fancy cocktails and some appetizers and it perfectly fit the bill!
Amazing paella, fantastic food and dessert, outstanding server
The food and drinks were great! Amazing service and hospitality.
We like the bar area. The service, drinks and food were excellent. They had a duck special that was fantastic
The food was wonderful and the band Rock Is Dead was awesome!!
Nice to be back after more than a year. They have a non-alcoholic IPA on their beer list which I was so grateful for. Our dinners were terrific. Service was excellent. Looking forward to coming back.
Awesome food, great cocktails
Our first time back in over a year. Great food and service, just like pre-Covid. Definitely recommend. Hope they continue to do well.
Great food and perfect weather for dining on the patio. Service was great and the beers were cold.
The food was excellent, cooked just right and appropriately sized (I hate the huge amounts some restaurants serve).
Also, the tiramisu was the closest we found to the tiramisu we had in Italy. That alone is worth the trip
We haved loved eating at Latitude for years however our last visit was not so great. Pros - great drinks, excellent service. I had the paella but the oysters were rubbery and overcooked. We like the outdoor space but the road noise was prohibitively loud - not the restaurants fault but be advised if you want to hear conversation you probably want to dine inside. Apparently West Springfield has a problem with drag race style souped up cars roaring down the road. Patio floor needed cleaning - hair ball floating around. Wobbly table. That said, the inside is very nice, usually the food here is great and it's a good option despite some problems last time.
The special Carbondale was wonderful and sensuous. Service is always excellent.
Food and service is outstanding!
Everything was good except I asked for something to be said or done for my wife's 40th birthday and nothing happened not even a happy birthday which I requested
Not being from the Springfield area, it was difficult to find restaurants that took reservations for a college graduation dinner. Lattitude was about 25 minutes from our hotel in Westfield. We were seated immediately when we arrived. The waitress was wonderful and our appetizers came almost immediately but we waited almost an hour before we got our main courses. Not a problem for us, because we weren't in a rush. I got the Short Ribs, hubby got Seafood Paella, Daughter (college graduate) got Salmon and her boyfriend got Buffalo Mac & Cheese. The food was excellent. I would definitely go back there if we're ever in the area again.
Excellent service and very fresh seafood!!!
We ate outside on the patio a little noisy during rush hour. Food was great and so was our server.
Dined at this restaurant last night. Food was good, service was the pits and ruined the whole experience.
Food was great
Outside patio needs a buffer from traffic noise (shrubs would help)
Gas torches did not stay on was chilly
Had a great meal
I love the atmosphere at Latitude. There service never disappoints and the fried Brussel sprouts are consistently the best of anywhere around!
The food was good along with the beverages. As for the atmosphere, there isn't any.
Great food and great service but they did not offer the 48oz steak as seen on their website. The carbonara special was amazing. Highly recommend
