The best restaurants in Las Vegas. It's less expensive restaurants from Joel Robuchon
Best tasting menu in LV. Service is outstanding and the wine selection is unreal. I have been to this restaurant almost 6 times and it never gets old as the menu is constantly evolving.
Absolutely amazing in every way. I did the seasonal tasting menu and it was the best meal I have ever eaten. Service was informative and helpful. Chefs introduced themselves and were checking in through the meal. The food looked like art.
Outstanding as always.
The server was super rude and did not check on us, he did check on others. He was visibly upset when I told him I “only have less than TWO hour to dine...” I mean cmon it’s Vegas!! And we were sitting at the bar!! Not like we were doing prefixes.. still ended up spending $500 for two for some unfriendly service. Didn’t introduce the dishes and didn’t even ask if we wanted more drinks like we were some country bumpkins. Even the Robuchon at Paris wasn’t this snobby.. and seriously? Vegas?!
Tasting menu was delicious and would definitely recommend to everyone.
Avevo prenotato un tavolo non il banco

You can expect great new tastes. Foods with a spin. Music that’s more on the lively side of things. Nice selection of wines and signature cocktails. Seating that allows you to oversee the work that goes into crafting and platting your dish or choose to have a table instead. Fine dine service in a casual setting. Modern aesthetics throughout.
From our visit, all the servers and representatives were knowledgeable of each dish, held professional and/or appropriate conversations, interactive and willing to attend to us. Definitely recommend.
This is the 10th visit to this outstanding restaurant. Never disappoints!
Food was beautifully prepared and presented. If you like ‘eating with your eyes’ its a top contender in Vegas. Great way to experience Rubuchon without paying the prices next door at the main restaurant. Lovely pre theater choice
Impeccable service topped with a killer fine-dining experience. Try it!
One of the best dining experiences I have had in Vegas. Services was top tier and the food was fantastic. Company at the bar was light and funny. Great experience
The octopus was the best I’ve had and the wine pairing was great.
Cena con amigos. Súper Bowl
Nice dinner sitting at a bar?? No thanks
Great dinner. Food superb. Great to watch the kitchen. Fun to converse with the people on either side.
This is a nice, intimate dining experience. We were sat at the counter to view the kitchen and had very attentive waitstaff. The food was expertly prepared and served. Typically French- the portions are not huge, but the food was flavorful. The breads served were amazing! The dessert was also amazing- almost too pretty to eat. My only complaint is that the “prix fixe” menu for pre-theater dining had 5 entrees on it, but really only 2 choices were included in the fixed price- the other 3 caused a significant up-charge. Same thing for the appetizers on the Prix Fixe menu. Quite deceiving and a little disappointing. Perhaps make several levels of Prix fixe menus? Otherwise, it was a lovely experience. Just be aware this is a pricey restaurant and a special occasion worthy visit.
Great food and service
We dine all over the world and this is in our top 3 favourite for sure!!
Anniversary dinner. Everything was delicious and the service was attentive but not pushy. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
The quail stuffed with foie gras with a side of truffle mashed potatoes was life changing. Everything else was delicious as well
The waiter's demeanor changed very quickly when I mentioned I came in specifically for the burger. He was very curt from then on out. I assume because I wasn't planning to order other items we weren't worth his time.
As a longstanding repeat diner, this is my favorite restaurant in all of Las Vegas. There are fancier, more expensive, more trendy, but none I would rather experience if I could only choose one.
One of the best meals we've had. Dish presentation was spectacular. Waiters always attentive without being intrusive. We order the 9 course meal and every single dish was prepared to perfection. We sat by the bar, and watching the kitchen, Chef Johnathan and the other cooks was an experience. You watch how the meals are prepared, everybody doing something different to come up with a beautiful plate.
Expensive, yes. But I think it was worth the money.
I had the worse experience at this restaurant with its current team . I usually go twice a year. First the server had his hand and nails very dirty touching the food, disgusting. Second I asked help with a white wine and it was served me hot (like out of the box) I complained several times to the sommelier and instead of coming with the most obvious solution , he insisted in putting on ice ( he acknowledged that it was not at the right temperature) but did not changed it.. I had to accept it ,, I was so upset with how he treated me that I didn’t finish the meal and left. Going out to dinner it is not just about food but experiente.. I would never expect this type of attitude in a restaurant like this.
Unbelievable experience, dined there twice in five days. Amazing professional service, impressive overall
Will be coming back while in Vegas
The combination for the seasonal tasting menu was sublime. I came in expecting a more subtle flavor in the dishes only to be swept away by the boldness of the seasoning. In one phrase, it was a flavour explosion.
The decor was vibrant yet mellow. A perfect atmosphere for casual dining
Great service and great food
Amazing food and an amazing dining experience. The open kitchen concept creates such a great energy. Plating and flavours are out of this world. Definitely worth a special outing - this is your evening entertainment. Do not rush this experience!
My wife and I are people who enjoy the degustation experience of a good quality restaurant. L’Atelier Joel Robuchon was a big disappointment. We went for their $195 full tasting menu. Here’s the simplest way I can explain it: we went there and paid only for the food and not the experience. I had no idea what our servers name was, they explained the courses way too fast, out of the all the many courses we ate, were asked how we like only one of them, the sommelier was very uninviting, and not once did anyone from management ask about our experience either during or after the meal. We spent a total of $601 and walked out of there like we had just gotten robbed at one of the blackjack tables. As a side note, we have traveled through many cities of France and very much enjoy the cuisine as well as our experiences overseas with tasting menu’s. Sadly Robuchon misses the mark here and you will feel like cattle walking through the turnstiles as just a number while the restaurant shreds your hard earned money by providing a bland, flat, and unmemorable dinner experience. Lastly, we were celebrating our anniversary and there was zero mention of that even though it was in the reservation notes.
Amazing! Cool restaurant concept
This was my 8th or 9th return to L'Atelier and it did not disappoint. Service and Food was outstanding as one would expect. This is one of our premier favorite special dining choices for me and my wife. Whenever possible and available, request seats at the counter so you can be up close and personal with the show the staff put on. We celebrated our anniversary and enjoyed the Chefs tasting- degustation menu, we added caviar to both and upgraded my wife to wagyu beef. I had the duck. We shared one wine pairing since i normally don't drink alcohol. Again, everything was marvelous and we enjoyed our dining experience and will return. a few suggestions i can offer- i would pass on the caviar upgrade- it tasted great but there was so little of it added that I couldn't really appreciate it so it wasn't worth the extra $30 pp. I also had truffles added to my mashed potatoes, good but not great. I was a true fan of the quail option that they discontinued about 4-5 years ago. I wish they would revisit this and offer that option again. I prefer it over the duck or wagyu beef. We plan on revisiting Joel Robuchon next door in the next couple of months.
Food was definitely not worth it; ambience was awful . We spent $500 to smell smoke from casino; why would a Michelin Star have that kind of ambience ; will never come back
Excellent food and service as always!
As always great service and fantastic food. Thanks
Overall experience was cold in regard to hospitality of staff, additionally the execution of most dishes was off.
- Sommelier was warm and made good suggestions
- Service crew was cold, I made conversation; they offered brief responses and made it seem like they were too polished to be warm and have a genuine conversation
- Food was below expectations compared to my prior experience. Dishes that were supposed to be hot were served lukewarm. The foie gras was served to chilled in an spreadable on the Cristini’s provided, as an example.
The overall experience was one that I would not like to repeat as it relates to the value. I am a big fan of Joel, however I felt his kitchen brigade and service crew missed the mark during this experience.
The presentation was only the precursors the taste. My first Michelin experience, definitely worth the expense. I only wish we had shared more dishes so we could have sampled dessert.
Absolutely exquisite meal from beginning to end. I hardly ever leave reviews but this meal was e
Simply the best. Great service, great food, great wine. The sommelier was only 2 weeks on the job and hit it out of the park.
We had a great cross section view from the bar to watch all the action. Servers heads are always on a swivel to address your needs. Food is top notch as expected. Chef doesn’t let anything slide, everything is perfect before it goes out. It was like watching a fine timepiece in action.
