L'Atelier Joel Robuchon - MGM Grand
Truly a great dining experience!!!
From start to finish this is a must visit restaurant
The food was outstanding! We had the seasonal discovery menu and every course was better than the next.
Exelente lugar comer en la barra es buena experiencia se mira como cocinan lastima que los clientes son muy ruidosos [ americanos)
I was immediately sick after eating L'entrecot on the menu here.
The dish was flavourless, the service was terrible. When I complained about the dish, the manager (Fabien) called security rather than address the complaint of poor food quality.
Avoid this place.
Love the menu, ambiance and service!
Absolutely fabulous meal from the bread (that one word doesn’t quite do justice to the delicious options!) to the decadent desserts. A little pricey...but in keeping for this special “dining experience” in Vegas. Service was outstanding. Decided to eat here for its convenient location next to the Ka theatre, but would make a special trip just to enjoy dinner.
Excellent food!! Cocktails were just ok, and dessert was pretty boring (Oreo ice cream dish). For those prices, I expect everything to be excellent, not just the food.
Wonderful cuisine and service! It’s inside a casino hence the 4 stars for ambiance but def great decor and feel!
From our first encounter with the manager and hostess at the front door to the final goodbye, our experience was graciously attentive, pleasing all our senses.
Our service staff maintained a gentle and consistent presence, checking on our satisfaction during every stage of our 4 course pre-theater prix fixe. Being vegan and gluten free, I placed my experience in the hands of a capable staff that quietly worked together in providing a seamless evening.
Each dish presented was bursting with hidden flavors and unexpected textures. The platings were intricate and intentional works of art, prepared by a careful precise presentation kitchen staff armed with tweezers, medicine droppers and a myriad of high end equipment.
We left with an experience that transcended the details, and wish to extend our thanks to the staff for providing us a week of pleasant, delicate memories to feast upon.
Extraordinary food. It’s not cheap but it’s totally worth it. Their lobster with rosemary is exceptional and their wagyu entrecôte is perfectly cooked.
Great dining experience! Great for a special occasion. Highly recommended
Late Valentin celebration
My wife and I traveled all over the world and ate at My expensive restaurants including original Robuchon in France but found in Las Vegas Robuchon food is outrageously priced for what you get. Even though the presentation of every dish is very nice it cannot replace mediocre quality of food and taste
My wife’s foie gras ($51 for barely 1.5oz) was bitter and grapefruit that it came with added even more bitterness. My halibut came undercooked and flavorless.
There are many other places in Las Vegas that serve much testier food for less.
We will not be coming back.
Been going there for years. Food was as usual but the service was a little bit slow in between courses. I found that odd since the restaurant was not even at Half to the capacity.
Another example in Las Vegas where the chef need to be there more often. What overall great food and a good experience
Lovely restaurant, really enjoyed sitting at the bar and observing the chefs and food prep. The beef short ribs were very good. The halibut was disappointing and dry. Cocktails, appetizers, and desserts were excellent and they were accommodating of our pre-show timeframe. Overall, a good (but not great) experience.
manager lost my reservation and stated the wrong time. I showed him my email with the confirmation and he had nothing to say, did not apologize and we still had to wait a long time for dinner which to me was generally overpriced for what we ate.
Espectacular experience! Smart choices would allow you to make it a life experience at a competitive value. Their options are flexible, their concept is highly interesting, and food/service is top notch!
One of the better meals I have had ever. Wonderful French Cusine. Very attentive and seem less service.
What a great dining experience. Must try the tasting menu with wine pairing.
We are big foodies... not sure if all the reviews hyped up my expectations, the food was good but did not wow my pallet. The service was ok. They started removing my husbands dish before he finished. The food came out pretty quick, one after another. Would have been nice if they paced it a little.
Food was generally good. A few misses like the $90 wagyu ribeye that was tough. Better pieces of meat at cheap steakhouses Minimalist decor, looks like a sushi restaurant not a high end French restaurant. Some of the other dishes and desserts were underwhelming. Staff superb. Not a great value.
This place and the people who work there are absolutely amazing. This is one of our top three spots to eat in the city. Last week we met someone who has been there over 500 times and there’s no mystery as to why.
Celebrated our anniversary. Jarod made our experience a memorable one. The food was outstanding. Highly recommend the wine pairing with the tasting menu. This wasn’t a romantic dinner but an adventurous one. Can’t wait to go back since they change the items on the tasting menu regularly.
This is a super nice restaurant. Food is innovative and exquisite. The desserts were very good. Service was excellent. Overall we were very pleased.
Great experience! Pricey but worth it!
Our waiter was wonderful
Definitely expensive, but the sort of place that is worth the splurge. Sit at the counter.
Exquisite tasting dishes and drinks, great service, will certainly return
We had an awesome wait staff and great with recommendations for our dining experience. The food was very good and the scenery of the kitchen was amazing. The way they communicated and synchronized recognition towards achieving the goal of a happy client. The food was prepared with perfection and the presentation was priceless. We enjoyed this dinner like it was our last supper.
Amazing as usual for Robuchon!
The service is a little slow
It was really really nice, i was just a bit shocked to see that women were not automatically served first as it is the case in France
Lovely staff and amazing food in the MGM casino.
Attending CES 2019 we said the only meal reservation we had to make was to L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. Our meal lived up to our remembrance of our first visit. Our waiter and his assistant were friendly, helpful, and sensitive to our questions of what to order. Every dish was a perfect balance of tastes and textures. I was intrigued watching a dish being prepared meticulously with a pair of tweezers, and so excited when it was delivered to me -Le Bar, sea bass carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette and Espelette pepper. Every course was just perfect. We were happy, happy diners. Thank you for excellent standards, great tastes, and quality over quantity.
Perfect presentation and incredible flavor
Great Service. Great food. Wonderful experience
Much like its sister restaurant next door, Joel Rubuchon, this place doesn’t need much of a review. I will say that it is much more reasonable in price compared to next door and the quality of the food and service were impeccable. This is one restaurant that you need to dine at to believe.
Seven times now to L’Atelier. Hard to find consistency as good as this. Not inexpensive, nor will they put you in a Cheesecake Factory food coma. Iberico ham 5*. Onion tart, amuse Bouche with foie gras amazing. Quail excellent. And bruschetta best in Vegas. Also if you are a foodie eat at the bar vs table (you have to be at least 4 people for a table anyway) and be entertained as well by the food prep which includes the use of tweezers- on a budget? Forget it. Otherwise if ought to have some Michelin stars.
