I had an amazing experience with Nobu. Everything was perfect, food was amazing, and our server was outstanding. I dine out often but very rarely leave a written review. Nobu is so deserving of my time and energy in writing this. Outstanding!

Firstly, this place is not cheap. But the food is good and fresh and the service is great. Ordered a white fish salad and a chef selection sushi. Both dishes were excellent. Dined at the sushi bar and Steve was my host. Great fellow. On another note, I went Kumi at the Mandalay Bay the night before and the waitress told me they only had a limited selection of fish (basically they only had salmon) because of the Coldplay concerts Friday and Saturday. Seriously? Chris Martin and his group ate all your fish?!
