Our server was fantastic! The food was outstanding and the evening was A++ all around! We LOVE Las Brisas!!
Extremely over priced for the quality. This restaurant isn't what it used to be.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there! I would highly recommend it for special occasions!
We went for Sunday brunch. The menu was limited. We had looked the menu up online and decided to try Las Brisas out. Our server told us the menu online is outdated. We would not have gone had we known it was outdated. It was our first time there. We had to settle on what we ordered. We ordered the shrimp and scalloped filled avocado. I don't think there was any seafood in the avocado. The avocado was fried and the menu did not specify that. Definitely won't order that again. It was our first time there and probably won't go back.
Rick is fantastic!! Great food and service. We’ve had sea bass, steak, and lobster. All fabulous!!!
Food was way overpriced. Quality of food sucked, steak was burnt.
Food was absolutely amazing as always, service would easily get 10 stars if I could give it to them. Our waiter was on top of everything and made each one of his tables feel like they were his only table. Will definitely be coming back and will definitely be referring friends.
Great food and service!!
Perfect every time best steak in town. Lobster was perfect
The food and environment were fantastic! This was a great anniversary date!
Eat like a rich person. I did notice that they stick the more closer to middle-class people in the back room. But whatever it was a good steak.
Our waitress was fantastic and the food and wine was delicious (I had the raspberry filet at her recommendation, and was not disappointed). It was a great way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
In my top two in all of Lubbock. Service is always excellent as the wait-staff is practically clairvoyant in terms of anticipating your needs. The ambiance is refined, but not stiff. Relaxed, elegant, and the food is always excellent. Try the Beef Wellington; it's worth the wait.
Excellent food and wine. Highly recommend for business meeting or for nice night out
Fantastic place ! We will be back no doubt
I went by the reviews and I was not disappointed, food was delicious and the service was great!!!
It is the little things that set a restaurant apart from their competition. For our first visit we had brunch. We ordered the fruit and cheese tray. The fruit (grapes and strawberries ) were old, wilted and dirty. My wife had a shrimp and scallop stuffed avocado. The sauce that they used was so overpowering you could not taste the shrimp or scallops.
I had the ribeye with eggs, hashbrowns and toast. The steak was very good. The eggs, hashbrowns and toast was average.
I hope that this is just an isolated incident. We will return for dinner in the future and give them another shot.
The ambiance is great. The food was perfect with great variety. We ranged in age from 6 years to 70. Everyone found just what hey wanted. The fillet mignon on the children's menu is a real steak, which is what ours wanted. The appetizer sampler is outstanding. Be sure to include the seafood stuffed avocado.
Food was so good and felt like we didn’t wait long at all!
Absolutely delicious. Our table of 5 had both sea basses, the salmon, the Prime NY strip & the raspberry crusted filet - I had a bite of all, and loved every bite.
My husband had the strip & is VERY picky about his steaks (usually prefers to cook it at home so it’s just right) and he said it’s one of the best steaks he’s ever had.
While I loved the sea bass, I loved my friend’s raspberry filet (husband didn’t prefer it as he doesn’t like anything on his steak) and want to go back just for this! It’s so unique & something you can’t get anywhere else.
Also love that they have a wine corkage fee. It’s $35.00.
Food was excellent as always and the wait staff (Scotty) was great as usual. I always recommend Las Brisas to anyone wanting a great steak in Lubbock!
Beautiful restaurant, excellent food, attentive service but a bit rushed even though not fully occupied, prices high but limited choices for dining in the area. Will try outside area next time.
We enjoyed a great meal with friends. Everyone enjoyed the meal and commented how good everything was.
good service but there was a very loud table that probably had too much to drink. management should have done something about this because he was disturbing other guests and even our server, scott was frustrated. it was not the servers fault, he was very professional, but this is not the type of environment we were looking for when we went to las brisas. we don’t come to las brisas often, but when we do, we spend a lot of money and we expect a certain standard here. It was quite disappointing tonight as i could not truly enjoy my meal and my family who came to visit for the weekend.
The steak and lobster were excellent very tender and lots of flavor. the server, Jessica was wonderful made the experience awesome, great service , a little pricey but for an anniversary or special occasion well worth the experience
Wonderful steak wonderful sea bass. Great wine selection.
The food was excellent and so was the customer service! I was very impressed with our waiter.
Good food but pricey. I went the day tech graduated, not a good idea. Lot of people and very loud. Simply wasn’t worth the price.
Went for graduation luncheon. The perfect place.
We went to Las Brisas for our daughters graduation from Texas Tech. We had family members from Colorado, Florida and New York and everyone commented on what a beautiful restaurant, great service and excellent food. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time we are in Lubbock!
Food, service and staff were stellar! We went to celebrate graduation, very memorable!
Our family celebrated our son’s graduation from Texas Tech University on the patio. It was perfect!
Made it late to reservation and the hostess made us completely unwelcome. I understand there are other reservations that we are affecting, but there are other ways to let us know we have to leave at a certain time. She was rude and unprofessional in my opinion. On the other hand, the server was great and understanding. He let us know (nicely) what time we needed to go.
Best food in town... Always try to go when I'm in Lubbock. They do steak right.
Great dinner celebrating Mother’s Day!
Mother’s Day brunch was horrible. Lukewarm coffee. Cold food. Food did not look or taste appealing. Spent $150 for 4 people on a very special day. Very disappointed
We were disappointed that Mother's Day brunch was a $32 buffet with no option to order from a menu. This was not advertised on the restaurant's website or on OpenTable. The buffet line was very long, and the food was not up to the normal Las Brisas level, especially not for $32/person.
The steak was amazing, deliciously seared on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. The lobster mac and cheese was the perfect side for a special meal.
