I truly enjoyed the service and ambiance. The food was very delicious and was served promptly. I was celebrating my birthday with friends and it really was an excellent choice for us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Not what it used to be. Out of so many things on the menu at lunch on a Wednesday. Super slow service and we noticed everyone around us complaining about this as well. Food is mediocre these days. I hope the Estafan’s step in and make some improvements. It used to be great.

The food was great, and it was easy to get a table. The menu was way better than all the other “restaurants” along Ocean Drive. Most of them were burger and beer joints.

Nice spot and good food -- but overpriced. Two hundred dollars for two people to have appetizer, entree and two drinks each is too much for what you get.

We were seated next to a table of incredibly loud people —. Yelling and clapping and howling. Hate to sound like a grump, but we couldn’t hear each other talk and our waiter, while sympathetic and acknowledging how loud our neighbors were, just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. Additionally, the waitstaff loaded up our small table with our main dishes before we had even finished our appetizers, which made us feel rushed and saw our mains cool down before we were ready to get to them. The food actually was pretty good and not overpriced....

We came here as a bachelorette party of 10. We made reservations ahead of time and they had everything ready for us! Everyone enjoyed their meals and the cocktails were amazing! I would definitely come back. It was perfect!

Enjoyed late night dinner and had the whimsical romantic atmosphere in the dining room to ourselves. Service was a little inattentive, but probably due to most of the guests where dining outdoors so they could enjoy the nightlife. The tour of Cuba was best dish.

If you want to impress a friend or date, Larios is a great place to go. It has a great ambiance, beautifully decorated with rich tones and lighting. Plenty of options for Fine dining, not to mention good people watching being on Oceans drive in South Beach. Tried some of the Cuban steak options which was excellent, can’t go wrong with empanadas either. It also provides outdoor seating

Appetizers were very good. I had the seafood soup and my husband had the avocado tower. The entrees (an Asian fried rice dish and the seafood platter) were just ok. The noise level was very high and there was no live music as advertised. Also it is misleading to call this a beach front restaurant- the beach is across the street separated from the restaurant by a street packed with cars. Definitely did not meet our expectations.

Delicious food. Had the skirt steak and it was cooked perfectly. My son had the empanadas and that was also really good. Food came very quickly and nice and hot. No waiting. Nice place!

Vaca frita is my favorite cuban dish. The meat should be tender, crispy and tangy with a nice citrus mojo sauce. The vaca frita at Larios on the Beach was just an overcooked flank steak that was burned on one side. No sauce, no flavor just dry and impossible to eat. It was a real disappointment. The lechon asado was a little better but again, no sauce very dry no mojo. The lechon asado at Publics is much better. We tried the empanadas to start and they were made with the old left over meat and very dry. The service was fine and the rice and beans were very good. The restaurant had an air freshening system had the most awful smell like lysol mixed with a pine tree and was very unappetizing. I went to Larios because it has so many reviews that say the food is great which made the food even more disappointing. The food was definitely not great.

The food was excellent and we loved all that we ordered in the adult menu. We had the combo starter and Cuba tour main course. Amazing. Problem was the main course arrived before we had finished our starter. There wasn’t an apology. Plates were cleared and the kids meals left. Adult meals followed. Was a real shame. This was an expensive meal so should have done better.

Very disappointing. After walking the gauntlet of packed South Beach restaurants and dealing with the very aggressive "hawkers" at each one offering 30-50% off everything on their menus, it was odd to enter Ladio's to find it nearly empty inside.Probably because it seemed to be one of just a handful not offering any discount. We assumed this indicated it was better. I didn't want to dine with just two other couples inside, so despite the fact that they allow smoking, we sat on the porch. The first irritation was having to listen to their xmas music being drowned out by the club next doors blaring rock music. They should just turn theirs off rather than trying to compete - it was annoying to hear two different songs at the same time. Wanting to try some Cuban food, we ordered Empanadas and some Calamari for appetizers. Both were bland and unseasoned, so much so that we cut our losses and left. Between the noise, cigarette smoke and boring food, it just wasn't worth staying.

From the staff at the bar to when we were seated for dinner, the staff was friendly and so professional. The drinks (Luxury Mojito) and the food was PHENOMENAL. We were there for the first time for our wedding anniversary and we’d go back again. We had a fabulous experience, thank you!!

Well to start the Maite D was not pleasant or welcoming. As a matter of fact he was belligerent. The restaurant was completely empty except for us and he was insisting on sitting us a party of 7 at a small bench table. I was requesting a larger table with individual chairs which there were plenty of. I actually told him are you berating us are you going to hit us? He laughed but it was not the encounter one would expect at a dining venue. The food was ok. I’m Cuban and did not appreciate the excess spices in the sauces.

Once again I had dinner at my favorite spot on Ocean Drive! Larios on the beach never ceases to amaze me from the warm welcoming from Adrian the host to the amazing attention from my experienced server. Even having the manager Raul making sure our experience was nothing short of spectacular was a true delight and made my wife and I feel at home. Whenever we crave cuban in Miami, Larios will always be number one on our list.
