There is a attractive cosy ambience. The outside area is perfect for warm summer days but as it is sheltered it is also good for cooler days as heaters and blankets are provided. The decor is beautiful and the ladies toilets are lovely. The staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. Most importantly the food was delicious. We had linguine Bolognaise on this occasion.

My husband and our two friends had afternoon tea in The Rise. It was delightful. From the greeting at the door to the Grand by the lovely Wayne to drinks in the bar and then Alyssa talking us through the delicacies placed befiore us, it was just perfect.

Went for a Night at the Musicals. Absolutely brilliant. Great food. Fantastic atmosphere.

Hot day but sat by window with a breeze, as non resident register for car parking at reception, as paid on return having walked the 5 mins into the city

Food was outstanding. Staff were polite and friendly and very attentive. The decor was lovely and the ambiance relaxed and friendly.
