One of the biggest differences between Japan and Italy is the two countries’ cuisines, which is why La Tenda Rossa aims to bridge the two cultures together in a seamlessly blended menu. La Tenda Rossa, translated as “red tent” in Italian, promotes an appreciation for open-air markets where fresh produce is gathered. Chef Nishizawa avoids disturbing the inherent flavors and textures of ingredients used in his menu. The menu features Italian favorites like Neapolitan pizza, which is prepared with healthy wheat flour and is baked in a custom-built wood-fired kiln until it is piping hot.
