Cortina was amazing. The Bison New York Strip was cooked perfectly so juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Their signature Bolognese was rich, hearty, and super comforting. The crispy potatoes were the star of the show with their golden, crunchy perfection and just the right amount of seasoning. Our server, Ana Joe, was awesome and super friendly, really attentive, and made the whole dinner feel special. If you’re in Big Sky, Cortina is a must.
