Had the Christmas hightea on Christmas eve and enjoyed it very much. Great service and the view of Canton Tower from where we sat was fantastic!

Outstanding customer service, very high quality food enjoyed every dish. Great experience, the window table scenery is amazing too.

Bad receptionist. We speak Cantonese to her. And she was kind of insulting for saying we had to speak Mandarin. They should have someone speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. After all, it a Four Season Hotel and in Guangzhou. Other than that, food is good. Amersphere is good. View is nice.
