Prime rib was great. Smoked chicken left a lot to be desired. Was rubbery like it had been heated in a microwave.

We made a reservation and we were promptly seated. It was very busy so it took about 5 minutes for the server to arrive, but after he did the service was outstanding. We placed our order and the food came out in perfect timing. Our salads were delicious and then our steaks arrived as we were finishing them. Our server kept checking on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything. We both had ribeyes and they were delicious. It was a fantastic evening!

Great venue for our valentines dinner! Food was excellent and special desert was amazing. Hats off to the chef who actually whipped me up some from fresh horseradish for my steak and personally brought it to my table. Above and beyond what I expected. Service and staff throughout the entire facility made our trip special.

We had the Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet and everything was excellent. The food was properly prepared and the buffet was kept very clean, very fresh and refilled before getting low. Our server was Sam the bartender and she did an outstanding job of watching over us and taking care of our every need. As always it was a great dining experience at the Harpoon Harry’s Crab House in Pigeon Forge TN.

Great food, atmosphere and service. A little pricey but worth it.
