Corazón by Baires in Orlando offered a calm and elegant experience, perfect for a special night out. The decor is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere felt intimate and romantic. I loved the small touches like the rose and birthday card on the table really classy. We ordered the grilled Caesar salad (super fresh and loaded with shaved cheese), two 12oz certified Angus skirt steaks, crispy thick steak fries, the passion lychee sparkler, and The Foster dessert. The steaks were flavorful and nicely cooked, but for the price ($209.25 total), I expected them to come with more than just a few decorative tomatoes. It would’ve been nice to have a proper side included instead of ordering fries separately. The Foster was a bit too strong for my liking it’s flambéed with alcohol, and I wasn’t expecting that bold of a flavor. Probably better for someone who enjoys boozy desserts. Overall, we had a pleasant time and the vibe was lovely, but a few tweaks in presentation and value would’ve made it perfect. Still a great option if you’re looking to celebrate something special.

We had an amazing experience! Food delicious as always, and service was top notch. We were goofing off too much and having a good time that I don't recall his name, but he definitely was on point with everything, and made sure to be friendly and communicative at all times.
