This is a new venue so this will be a very detailed review. I want to begin by thanking the GM Nicole, Mixologist Lyric, and my outstanding waitress Celeste. They made my experience memorable. To the owners of St. Patrick’s Steakhouse & Rooftop Bar: THANK YOU for bringing a truly remarkable dining experience to the Southlands. The venue is immaculate, warm, inviting and certainly spacious. Your staff, under your collective leadership, is welcoming, attentive, polite and exceedingly courteous without being intrusive and overbearing. Your chef is the star of this establishment because the food is breathtakingly delicious. I ordered an appetizer and entree, and the mixologist created a Blackberry Lemon-drop perfectly balanced cocktail. Appetizer—The Dean Martin Oyster Rockefeller. What an incredible dish comprised of Oysters baked to perfection with a rich blend of creamy spinach, garlic, parmesan, and herb infused butter. This is a show-stopping, indulgent masterpiece that pays tribute to classic decadence while raising the bar with a luxurious twist: bits of lobster and a large shrimp on top with a semi-sweet balsamic glaze drizzle. Each oyster arrives perfectly baked—tender, juicy, and delicate serving as the ideal vessel for the symphony of flavors that follows. Entree: The Frank Sinatra Lamb Chops hit all the right notes-classic, bold, and impeccably delivered. Despite the menu's insistence on medium-well or well-done, my order arrived as requested; a flawless medium-rare, showcasing a kitchen that knows when to bend the rules for excellence. Each of the five chops was char-grilled to perfection. Accompanying the lamb were mashed potatoes that deserve a standing ovation on their own. Velvety and luxurious, yet somehow light and silky, they offered a textural balance that's rarely achieved. Ignore the negative reviews of missteps during a soft opening!

What a great experience. Michelle the hostess greeted us with a smile and immediately had us seated. Abraham poured us waters and served us bread quickly and took our orders. Tonight being a non venue show night. Food was out fairly quick. ( show nights they are busy and food does take longer) the manager Dawn stopped and checked on our meals. Which were delicious! Just a FYI, they occasionally have lobster mac n cheese. When they have it order it! Its most likely the best you will ever eat! Patrick the chef has the magic recipe! Jose thank you for stopping by the table to say hi. The service team at Jack Binions is absolutely hands down the best! Its just not food, its an experience with a view!
