We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. My wife and I have dined at Jeff Ruby’s a few times over the years. One of the finest establishments that I have ever been in. From the moment you walk in the door you will be amazed at the ambience. When it is time to eat you will have the best steak of your life. Every side dish is amazing (especially those tater tots) and you can’t forget a piece of butter pie! Special shout out to Andrew and Lupe who worked hand in hand to make sure our experience was amazing as usual. See you again soon!!!

Great experience as always. Sarah was extremely cordial and engaging! Cole did a great job serving our table and had a great amount of knowledge of Italian wines and helped us pair a Super Tuscan with our various courses! The food is always so great and was especially great last night!

Brussel sprouts were delicious, The braised short ribs were tender , tasty and paired nicely with root veggies and mashed potatoes. Our server, Ashley Beers, was exceptional. Friendly, informed and engaging.

Fun place on a Saturday night. We tried the Pot Roast Dinner and the Fish and Chips, both very good.
