St. Marks is open from 10am 5 days a week, offering a stunning Brunch menu, available until 2pm. Open until 10pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Gourmet Pizzas and sharing platters available all day. St. Marks has taken over the restaurant and cocktail bar from Bridport Distilling Co, rest assured everyones favourite gin will still be stocked proudly at St. Marks and featured heavily on our beverage menu. Our beverage menu boasts a wide variety of exclusively North East Tasmanian produced beer, wine and spirits. Our seasonal menu will change quarterly, while we endeavor to display our menus where possible, it is always best to check our socials for the up-to-date version.
