Restaurants near Wilderness Inn Bed and Breakfast

We were there for Date Night which made it more affordable. Had the mushroom flatbread appetizer, the steak special, and the lamb chops - all delicious. One of us had the cookie sundae for dessert, which was very nice. The other had the fresh peach tart which was only okay - the puff pastry shell was tough and there wasn't much in the way of filling so it was pretty dry; the flavor was nice, though.

The atmosphere in the dining room was cozy and quiet. Our upholstered benches were shaggy which made them uncomfortable to sit on for 1.5 hrs. The food was creative and delicious. I had the roasted chicken on gnocchi which was outstanding ....it did have too much salt which wasn't necessary since the seasons and sauce were delicious on their own. Our waitress was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive.

delicious..big portion .pricey but quality. would have liked option for half portion.

My husband and I like to have at least one dinner at STICKNEYS, every time we visit New Hampshire, we have never been disappointed, our 4th of July dinner was great, our waiter was the best! he went above and beyond!! We learned that he is from Mexico, I wish I could remember his name!
