    We love this place!!!! Date night took us to this amazing restaurant and I can’t say enough great things about it. The food, the vibe, the hospitality…top notch. Ryan, the bartender, was amazing! He made the best drinks and gave us the best advice on what to order from the menu. This will be a must visit every year we come back for the Cowboy Downhill!!!! Sending much love from Texas!

    Great place to eat. I was suprised that they rad out of Prime Rib prior to 7:30 but whatever. We did get the tail end of the prime rib and we found the flavor to be excellent but it was a little tough. We found those exact conditions to be the same when we were there 3 weeks ago, too. Still the food and ambiance was over all..... Excellent.

    In planning our trip to Steamboat from Atlanta we asked around for great places to eat. Everyone always mentioned Mambo 😊. I was able to get a reservation and boy am I glad I did. From the moment we walked in the door the experience was perfect. The staff were welcoming and the food was excellent. This is a must if you’re visiting Steamboat.

    This was truly a remarkable experience from cocktails through dessert! Our waitress Estelle, guided us through the innovative menu and everything we had was truly unique and delicious. We highly recommend this to anyone living in or visiting Steamboat. It has now become our favorite restaurant and we can't wait to come back next year.
