Our dinner was excellent. We arrived early for our reservation but the hostess accommodated us and we did not wait for a table. The server was prompt with menus and taking our drink order. We ordered an appetizer and it came out promptly. Our drinks were delicious and the service was prompt also. We had 4 entrees and all were delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant

We love Coopers Hawk. Like most places they struggled at times during and after Covid. But have begun recovering nicely. This site opened in early summer 2024 and had its bumps but each time we have gone they have continued to improve. We went on a Friday and the service and food and everything was just perfect. Ben is a true gem as a server and most of the staff is outstanding. They do need to get some noise damping devices in the large room. But it isn’t horrible, just takes a bit to adjust.

Poblano soup is a must as is the spinach salad! Chicken gallina tacos are tasty and refreshing. Beautiful presentations. Simply delicious. La Florinda remains my go to drink as it is an unique mix of flavors I enjoy and again find refreshing.
