Beautiful - a foodies delight. I felt like crying it was so experiential - and lovely to see a new crop of dedicated hospitality and food young people with a wonderful goal.

Don’t think twice about dining at Troutbeck. Everything was wonderful from the time I entered until I was finished. The dishes I ate were divine, a really enjoyable salad and a clever risotto dish. They skimp on nothing. The portions are beyond adequate. The staff is just wonderful, friendly, helpful and efficient. If you are in Dutchess County make it part of your stay.

Our first time here. Staff was welcoming and very attentive. The ambiance was throughly warm and intimate. Food was excellent and well proportioned. Excellent selection of mocktails. I highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake with white chocolate and a latte with amaretto cordial.
