Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too.     We had a fantastic time. Amazing food, a lovely ambiance, friendly & helpful staff made our evening very special. Throughly recommend visiting Chakana and I am already looking at returning later this year.

    Superb from a beautifully mixed Negroni to the nibbles sent to accompany pre lunch drinks. Three course £49.50 lunch menu excellent value trout starter sublime. The main was excellent pork served two ways, order the crème brûlée with no need to thank me for its heaven on a plate. The warm olive rolls & crusty sourdough are always welcome with wild garlic & cods roe butters. Some restaurants are let down by service but Simpsons excel unobtrusive friendly but with the correct amount of explanation so that you don’t glaze over in boredom. If you are thinking of booking please do it’s a gem, set in beautiful gardens. Luke Tipping head chef and team are always on top form.
