Highly recommend. We tried multiple dishes and were thoroughly impressed by them all. Some amazing flavours that I wouldn't necessarily have thought would go together but they not only do, they do extremely well. Everything from the house breads, crabs cakes, burrata the main courses to the apple dessert were all fantastic. You can tell the Chef enjoys his job. The creativity and time that goes into all the dishes is clearly something that he is passionate about. We were recommended the chicken dish as one of the three main courses we got, honestly, the most flavourful chicken I've ever had. The duck and fish were also top notch. On top of the food, the staff were great, the environment they have created is warm and clean. I will be back for sure. Beautiful setting makes this spot perfect for special occasions. Service is friendly but can be slow during rush hours. Food is decent though not exceptional, with limited vegetarian options. The real draw here is the stunning ambiance. While it won't blow you away with the cuisine, it's a solid choice for a memorable evening out, especially if you're after atmosphere over culinary excellence.

Had such a great experience at Jackalope! I went for a date night and everything from the atmosphere to the service was spot-on. The highlight for me was definitely the Prickly Jalapeño Cooler – perfectly balanced with just the right kick of spice and refreshing flavors. I could’ve had two! I also ordered the migas, and they were incredible – hearty, flavorful, and super satisfying. You can tell the kitchen puts real care into the food. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend Jackalope for a fun, relaxed night out!
