We attended Cooper's Hawk for our anniversary dinner and mostly enjoyed the experience. The entrees (short rib and Mahi Mahi) were very good and we cleaned our plates. The dessert (caramel creme brulee) was mediocre but it was comped so hard to complain too much. The main drawback was the slow service. We were there for over 2 hours and waited close to 45 minutes between ordering and receiving our food. Our server checked in every so often but we did seem like her top priority. Good but not great experience.

Great food and service. Fun cocktails. We all had different entrees. I had the seafood pasta which was flavorful. The place was mostly empty so the word needs to get out about this place.
