Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. Great for groups as the menu has something for everyone. Food was very tasty. Our server was either over worked or just not that good. Had request multiple times for a refill, etc. Would go back to eat there again. So many items to try. But worth the trip for the cookies alone!

This is one of my go to special occasions restaurants, or even just for a large group lunch! The food is delicious, there’s a good variety, and it’s tried and true. I especially like the huckberry martini, cambozola flatbread, hot chocolate dessert. Their soup and salad option is also a great portion size!

Had a wonderful time with family. This trip was for my birthday and always enjoyed the experience at a Japanese steakhouse. First time at Fuji and will definitely be back as it did not disappoint.
