Candles sit as centerpieces on white tablecloths, and the walls are tastefully decorated with art inspired by Italian vineyards and farms. Novelli Head Chef Rob Rold has put together a menu that celebrates the very best of Italian ingredients. Starters include a grilled Portobello mushroom with gorgonzola in a balsamic reduction as well as Kobe beef meatballs in a san marzano tomato sauce. The entrées are just as interesting, with a few price cut steaks available as well as a delicious brick chicken: a Cornish game hen roasted with garlic and herbs.
