Life is too short to eat bad pizza, and that’s why we believe that beauty, excellence and love are meant to be shared, and what’s better way to convey love then through a good pizza. So here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria is the perfect atmosphere – whether it be a business lunch, date night, a large family celebration, or corporate event. No matter the occasion, we have the perfect space for you. Our full bar provides a vibrant venue for an evening out with friends.

This was a lovely space to enjoy nice views while enjoying brunch. The dining room was packed but the service ran smoothly and efficiently. We ordered the frose in the seashell to share, it was as sweet as I would’ve liked but it was good. Definitely gave me a buzz. The chicken sandwich and fries was yummy, my boyfriend had the steak and eggs quinoa bowl and it was delicious. The ambiance was upbeat and airy, the service was friendly and I enjoyed the vibe. I loved the decor and the cohesive dress code of the staff. We didn’t get a chance to take pics but there was a cute rosebud wall for photos downstairs. They also had an acoustic pair playing on the lower level, we sat upstairs. I would absolutely go back next time I’m in Nashville!

We attended Jeff Rubys for an anniversary and everything was outstanding! The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were outstanding as well as steak and salmon! Servers gave great recommendations while keeping conversation minimal with us so we could enjoy ourselves. We also got the air force one cake and WOW was it amazing. A cake that looked identical to the shoe! Worth every penny and an amazing experience! Another family member booked reservations to try for themselves! We will be back.

Everything was perfect! My daughter and I split an appetizer (Szechuan chicken), a Caesar salad and the salmon entree. Each dish was unique, with a flavor twist that made it interesting but didn’t overdo it. The drinks were perfectly balanced. The space is beautiful. The service was perfect. Honestly, this was one of my favorite dining experiences I’ve had in a while. I’m a restaurant owner and frequent traveler and I cannot recommend The Finch more. I look forward to my next visit! I’m only in Nashville about once a year but it’s worth the trip on it’s own!

This was my third time here, and the food wa excellent. The tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly, evenly medium (what we requested) with just the right amount of char. Who knew lightly charred fat would taste so good? The brussel sprouts cooked in an Asian style went really well with the steak and is now one of my favorite veggie dishes. The tuna crispy rice and bone marrow are always good. The dole whip was really refreshing and not too sweet or thick. The coconut cake is one of my favorite cakes, and I order it everytime I come. The only dish I didn't like was the hamachi crudo. The fish slice is very small while also too thick. The raw fish itself doesn't taste too great. Really looking forward to coming back again for more of the wood fire meats.

The food was amazing and is definitely worth the prices they offer, they also can make things work for people with celiac disease if you want to order something. If you can not handle cross contamination like my partner they recommend that you stay away from fried foods as they do use the same fryer for everything (which isn't a problem). They has amazing daily menus as well which had a gluten free desert of brown sugar n peaches which my partner absolutely loved! The manager/owner I believe greeted himself and talked to us about how a family member of his was celiac which now makes a lot of sense on how this establishment is so knowledgeable on cross contamination of gluten and will work with you for celiac, so thank you! Also they are service dog friendly and we're great. We will be back on the 16th and can't wait to see yall again!
