So here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside. Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria is the perfect atmosphere – whether it be a business lunch, date night, a large family celebration, or corporate event.     What an amazing experience dining at Noko. Took some patience to find a reservation and it is easy to understand why. They don't miss on anything... The drinks are just fantastic and quite strong without being too much. The food is beyond delightful. So many great options to start with and finish... The tuna crispy rice has all the hype and easy to understand why. We saw so many tables that had ordered fries, so we changed it up and went with the honey potatoes and wore were they amazing... The halibut was so delicious with so many great other flavors. We saved room for dessert and so happy we did with the Brookie with vanilla Gelato. Simply astonishing how perfect the dessert was paired with an Espresso Martini. If you find an open reservation so not pass up and many your way to East Nashville for this great dining experience

    Everything was amazing! We had the crab cake, Godfather sushi roll, wedge salad, petite filets, the Mac and Cheese (per the server’s suggestion- and he was not wrong!), and crème brûlée for dessert. I had the She’s a Daisy cocktail… it was so good and beautifully presented. Excellent service staff too! Very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10- cannot wait to go back!

    This was my second time here and both have been amazing. They changed from ordering online to ordering with the waiter which I am happy about! You must get one of everything truly. The garlic bread and cheesy sauce, bucatini, vodka pasta, prosciutto, some dark chocolate dessert, and those are just the ones off the top of my head that were amazzzingggg. You must go!

    The Hampton Social never disappoints us! For great food and drinks do not miss this Nashville gem. The pizza is absolutely the BEST IN NASHVILLE! The new gluten free crust is so delicious you won’t believe it’s GF. The service is just as amazing as the food.
