We sat outside on a beautiful evening. The food was tasty, but not super complex. Clever mix of ingredients. Excellent service. Timely seating and prep. Teamwork in serving showed. Favorites: guacamole, the tortillas were outstanding, the mushrooms in the sweet potato, mushroom fajitas were above average, the salsa also was a favorite……. And just go ahead and get the churros. We look forward to dining here again.

The food was incredible. I got the braised short ribs, which were some of the best I’ve ever had. The seasonal fall bruschetta appetizer was great! Our server was incredible. The atmosphere was incredible. I’d highly recommend.

Adam Smith is the chef at Maple Ridge and Bishop Quigley and he is stellar! He is creating dishes that are flavorful and different. I attended the Blackbird Wine Dinner and it was spectacular. I’ll sign up for anything Adam Smith creates! Blackbird wines are interesting and so yummy and paired excellently with the food. I love the contrasting atmospheres of the 2 connected restaurants. MRG is fun, funky, and retro diner vibe and BQ is English pub. Every dish I have eaten at both places has been top drawer.

I was treated to dinner by our CEO for my retirement. Our server-David- was excellent. He made several suggestions and they were all delicious. We had the Butcher’s block - we ordered 2 for 5 adults and it was more than adequate and it was outstanding. Our drinks were excellent as well.

Always a great place. It had been quite awhile since I had been there, but I’ve moved 75 minutes outside of Tulsa. When I knew I would be in Tulsa for a Doctor appointment, and invited a friend to join me for breakfast, The Wild Fork was a top choice for both of us. I had the blueberry pancake with lemon glazing (? - I think that is what they called it….and while the menu lists the order as 2 cakes, I did order just 1) with a side of bacon (5 pieces ! A lot for a side), and hot chocolate. All were very good. The smiling hostess was very prompt and friendly, and our waiter Rock!, while quite busy with numerous tables inside and outside, was very attentive and courteous. I will definitely return.
