Restaurants near University of Rhode Island

This is our favorite restaurant we come here all the time. I had the salmon it was overcooked, but I’m guessing that’s because it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Service was not good at all. I had not seen this waitress before; she may be new.? We were disappointed, but we love this restaurant! The host and hostess are amazing. We love them. Typically all of the servers are amazing. Perhaps this one was just having a bad night.

Castle Hill was as outstanding as always! We celebrated our nephews Anniversary and they and their boys were truly impressed with Castle Hill. Julia, our server, was outstanding. She met all 6 of our needs. That’s Julia for fantastic service!!

Scenic Seafood! Just a terrific experience on the terrace of Celeste with a view of the ocean. Every item without exception was delicious, flavorful and well prepared. Had the pasta with clams, whole fish of the day which was black bass, and grilled shrimp over risotto. Each dish just great. Efficient service, beautiful serene decor - more than fair pricing. Next time I want to try the outdoor bar seats...I better hurry up - don't know if it's open with quilts over the winter :)

Frequently stop here for lunch on way to Newport - Food, service, & ambience consistently excellent! Whether you choose to eat inside or outside on the patio overlooking the water it is always a pleasant & relaxing experience - you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!

I love this restaurant and have been back numerous times. I have NEVER been disappointed! The hosts, servers and bartenders (and obviously the chef!) are all fantastic! See you again soon.
