What a great experience! We had an amazing time at the bar—Aiden was a true professional, guiding us through the menu and crafting one of the best experiences I’ve had at Rosemary since they opened four years ago. The whole team was incredibly warm and welcoming. Huge thanks to Petros and Rocky for making us feel right at home. If you're visiting soon, don’t miss the clams with ramp butter—it’s the perfect seasonal dish. Thank you, Rosemary team! Always a great time.

Dinner was incredible! The braised short rib was to die for - an absolute must!

The food and service were excellent. The halibut is in season and the sauces were magnificent.

miles was amazing and helped make my mom and i’s last night in chicago phenomenal. we truly enjoyed his suggestions of the due funghi pizza and the caesar salad. all the flavors complimented each other very well, will definitely come back!

Just had a birthday lunch and it was amazing!! Service was awesome and the food was soooo good! Definitely will be going back.
