It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.
