KOKO is a phenomenal restaurant, elevated, gourmet Mexican! The service is top notch, the atmosphere vibrant and buzzy, the food very unusual, flavorful and unique. we actually went two days in a row, it was that good.

Great service and atmosphere…chicken parmigiana was a bit overcooked Appetizer and dessert were delicious

Started the evening with cocktails at the bar. Most enjoyable, had an Old Cuban, their evolution of a Classic Mojito, served in a Martini Glass. Appetizers we had Beef Capaccio w Truffles and the Octopus. Good but could have used more flavor. Entrees the Beef Fillet (nicely cooked) and the Rack of Lamb. The latter was also cooked to perfection, but was lacking in the Herb Crust, again more flavors would have made it excellent. drank a 2022 Aglianico with the meal which aired nicely. Skipped dessert instead enjoyed after dinners, Remy Martin VSOP & Taylor Fladgate 20 Yrs. Tawny. Our server Erick as well as the wait staff was very professional.

Outstanding food and wine list. First off, I had to shift my reservation on the day-of and the restaurant accommodated me easily and without issue. We arrived a bit early to sit at the bar and then eventually make our way to the table. The atmosphere was really pleasant. We were there from 7-10 and watched as the restaurant filled up. By the time we left, the bar was packed and the restaurant tables full. We enjoyed many great dishes with the Denver lamb ribs and Korean BBQ steak being real stand outs. We will absolutely go back again.
