“Spectacular give me 14 of them.” Everything was great. Their galaxy lemonade mocktail was genius. The course was wonderfully crafted and I enjoyed myself the entire time. Each piece was delivered at the perfect time and flavors played well with each other. Ever since I came back from Japan I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get that same feeling from sushi until now.

Very nice experience at Coray. We were seated promptly and offered water and a choice of beverages. Our waitress (Sam?) was very nice and attentive and adjusted the pace of the service to our needs, since we wanted to chat and not rush. Our food was very good, we shared a couple of small plates and then had entrees (duck and the tuna special). Dessert was also shared and very nice. The quality of the food is among the best I have had in the Albany area and the service was wonderful. I hope Coray has come to Delmar to stay.
